I have a true passion and love for health and fitness. My favorite way to get fit is lifting weights. I have been committed to clean eating and training because I know both have a direct impact on success. I have a very serious desire to help others to find happiness and health just as I did. When I started I was not comfortable or happy with my aesthetics or where I was at performance wise. I made the change and my life changed with it. I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made and it continues to make my life better every, single day. I played volleyball and am a blue belt in jui jitsu. I have experience in training both privately employed and gym employed. I also interned for quite awhile before I jumped into training others and getting certified.
I have suffered a few injuries over the years but have always found there is a way to work through them and still reach your goals. I am all about positivity and supporting everyone around us. I love volunteering for the community and I think that goes hand in hand with my love for helping others better their lives through health and wellness. I have aspirations of being a fitness model as well as becoming a registered dietitian which I am studying for now. I really mean it when I say that I have a sincere and genuine desire to assist others and give them the tools they need to reach their goals. I want the best for others but in order for anyone to have constant improvement I know one must work. I believe in getting better every day with pride in how far one has come.
Why I do what I do:
I support others in their personal journey of building more than just a body because it is my soul’s purpose and calling. I have to do this kind of work because it is needed in the world. The fitness industry my be rising but the sad truth is numbers for obesity, eating disorders, malnutrition, mental illnesses, and diseases are also on the rise. I always ask myself how this could be considering so many people rely on the fitness industry to guide them to their best selves and their best lifestyle but unfortunately the industry is not delivering anything but a vicious hand made cycle built on nothing but achieving short term physical results. I KNOW deep in my heart and soul that people go SO much deeper than surface level and I am on a mission to help others focus on emphasizing the importance of self-love, confidence, mindset, behavior change, well-being, and long term success strategies alongside the best nutrition and training plans. This work means showing others that you don’t have to be restricted, tied down, or belittled to be healthy, happy, confident, empowered, and free within your body. This work means reminding others of how truly powerful and capable they are of making loving choices for their body which houses their unique soul. This means everything to me. To give the world self-love and allow them to express this love is giving the world more love.
