3 things you can do today to begin eating more intuitively:
1. Get rid of any and all things diets. Fads? Restriction? Books? Rules? Trash them all. 2. Consider your beliefs about food. Are they actually YOUR beliefs or did they come from someone or something else? Maybe a friend, magazine, t.v show, book, or crazy person? 😉 3. Connect with your body. In order to listen to your intuition you need to be able to hear it. If you've been disconnected from your body for most of your life, it could take some effort to reconnect. There are many ways you can begin this process but let's do this first; Try taking 3 deep belly breaths and set the intention that "I connect with my body on the deepest of levels and know what she needs, when she needs it, and why she needs it". ------ If you read this far, I gotta ask, Are you struggling with emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, or living/eating intuitively while still trying to reach your healthiest, fittest, and best body goals?
