![]() This slide was taken from the free workshop I hosted on Overcoming Mindless Eating—If you’d like the replay you can click here🙂 A key part of improving any relationship is awareness I developed this self-awareness process to help you gain an understanding of your current relationship with food (as it can change with seasons, life changes, or ohh idk a pandemic) Anyway, if you can answer these questions as though you are an observer of your experiences and thoughts rather than the experiencer of them, you’ll gain much more insight Much like you might ask yourself “when do I usually go to the gym?” Or “when do I usually get on social media” we want the questions to come from a place of inquisition rather than interrogation I recommend writing it down as it can make your thoughts and observations more tangible than them just swirling about in your head (this is why I’m a big believer in journaling) Going through each of these can help you identify patterns, triggers, associations, and narratives I really break it down in the workshop for you and show exactly where the answers from this process may come in handy Have questions? Reach out You can catch the replay now! Visit: www.celestial.fit/snacking now to get instant acces💆🏻♀️ I went very in depth and treated this as a workshop so I broke things down, gave action plans, went over scenarios, & gave lots of resources Plus anyone who listens gets an exclusive offer at the end (just keeping it real and transparent with you that if you go to watch I will make a soft pitch at the end because I truly believe if you find the workshop helpful then we could do even greater, deeper, and amazing work together) Let me know what you think🧠💆🏻♀️😌 PS... These are excellent questions to ask yourself even if you aren’t struggling because then you can have various times in your life to compare and contrast to if you ever do find yourself in a pickle
