![]() Nothing has value until we give it value. What is determining your own value? We are literally defining/ evaluating ourselves based on perceptions and beliefs we have. To put this in perspective; A band t-shirt is just a t-shirt until u listen to and love the band A Ritual is just a ritual until U try it and love the results A Book is just a book till u know the story or see that it is a ‘best-seller’. A Card is just a card until it’s gifted to you. A company is just a business until u know the product, story, & mission. A ring is just a ring until someone asks you to marry them A day is just a day until someone is born or something happens Money is just a piece of paper until you spend it on something ‘worth’ more. A Person is just another person until you realize they’re an influencer, pro, a celeb, or someone you can relate/ connect to. A Butt/body is just a butt/shape until someone writes a song about it. When considering why we feel a certain way about ourselves or we see ourselves a certain way... We have to gain understanding on WHAT our evaluations are based on You might think that an awesome body is one with super defined muscles because you’re surrounded by bodybuilders But the other women you know think that an awesome body is one which can digest food, be flexible, & lift their kids. They may not even care at all if their stomach has 3+ visible lines and veins on their arms. So, I encourage you to take a deeper look, gain an outside point of view. WHAT are the variables controlling the outcome of your conclusion? WHAT are the ingredients that make you determine if this recipe is ‘good’ or ‘bad’ WHAT DETERMINES HOW YOU DEFINE YOURSELF? I guarantee you that when you understand where your defining factors are coming from... you will understand why you feel how you feel about your results. I mean, you didn’t just out of the blue decide that in order to be ‘successful’, ‘worthy’, or ‘desirable’ you had to be a certain way Something influenced that belief... Find out what it is & determine if you’d like to keep it because it serves you or if it’s better to let it go because it derails you. We really don’t know what we don’t know but evaluating and gaining perspective can open our eyes a bit more... So, what’s really determining your value?
