Of course, rebounds can be caused from feelings of deprivation, losing connection to a goal or reason to keep behavior healthy and consistent, overeating rapidly feeling like you can’t control yourself and so much more
I am no stranger to it
But this is something that not only can be prevented but should be addressed proactively and can even be resolved if it already happened
I totally understand the guilt, shame, disappointment...It makes us feel like our identity will be totally stripped from us
Like gaining fat or looking bigger or bloated is the worst thing that could possibly happen
Messing up our reverse diets & sabotaging all our hard work only to want to hide or hop back into prep mode to “fix” it
Maybe it is a number of those things or something else!
But, you have a show to prepare for & what happens after should not be your biggest focus, but it is good to be proactive
