HOW TO FIND JOY IN EVERY MOMENT OF THE JOURNEY (even when it is most challenging)

If there’s one thing I am always consciously aware of and think everyone should be when it comes to achieving any goal it is to NEVER neglect to bring the joy of what receiving results feels like to the actual process of creating the results. 

Often times people will be negative, mope, complain, beg for the end, or just plain half ass their efforts and will then question why they ‘can’t just feel x yet?!’ 

If you want to feel healthier, happier, more at peace with your body, more proud of yourself and your commitment to yourself, THEN YOU HAVE TO CARRY THAT ENERGY INTO EVERY STEP OF THE JOURNEY THAT GETS YOU THERE. 

Otherwise, what’s the point? You create negative anchors to the process when you constantly bring negative energy to it. 

Reframe your thoughts and soon the patterns of your mind and the associations you make to the process will be of a very different, more high vibe, self serving frequency. 

This then creates the most amazing experience throughout the process AND allows you to find pride and happiness in the little wins because your mind is more open to SEEING them as they unfold. 

Opposed to just focusing on ‘that one thing’ you start to focus on ‘all the things’ that lead you closer to ‘that one thing’. 

This also means you become a channel for more positivity, things to celebrate, gratitude, love, and accomplishments. If you aren’t LOVING the journey, even when it challenges the hell out of you (as it should if you are truly shifting and growing) then REWIRE your thought patterns because that’s likely where there’s a disconnect. 

What journey are you on and consciously choosing to enjoy and savor and LOVE every day?

Have you ever had a Truly BAD experience?

Have you really ever had a ‘bad’ experience?

I mean, sure it probably didn’t feel ‘good’ in the moment but wasn’t there something empowering, freeing, or self-constructive about it?

I’ve learned a lot lately about being hurt or deceived or even disappointed and my main takeaway which has repeatedly showed up is that it is all actually quite perfect and the pain is just the emotion that is helping me to learn the lesson.

Whether it’s; 
Being hurt by others. 

Making a decision that doesn’t go as planned. 
Failing over and over again. 

Investing time, energy, effort, or money in something or someone that doesn’t pay off. 

Or any other ‘negative emotion producing’ experience... there is always a common denominator and that is that in EVERY experience there is a lesson which serves us FAR beyond what we thought we might get out of said earlier ‘bad’ experience.

When it comes to healing we must truly feel every emotion that comes from a situation, and even more so we must treat it with the same level of love we treat positive emotion inducing experiences.

Approaching life with the ‘everything is always working out exactly as it needs to for my highest purpose and greatest soul mission’ has allowed me to learn more, love life more, and feel much more at piece day to day.

Take a moment today to ask yourself where in your life you have been hurt or had a bad experience and really ask yourself what the lesson is within this experience.

Then, learn the lesson, see how it applies to your life, and release the negative tie you have anchored to that experience and replace it with sincere gratitude for setting you up for future and present successes.

Here’s a few ways being healthy is AMAZING, FUN, and FULFILLING:

➡️Things to look forward to doing like the gym or a hike or a partner workout or beating an old personal best. 
➡️Better ability to be active with loved ones 
➡️Clearer headspace to give, receive, and communication information or thoughts. 
➡️Less anxiety or stress over disease and illness 
➡️Recover from illness or sickness or injury much faster 
➡️More vibrant aura so you radiate and attract more positivity and love

I could go on...but I have a feeling if you really are open to or are starting to lead a healthier lifestyle then you get the point, it’s frikkin FANTASTIC. 🙌🏻😍

Just this morning I woke up 2 hours before my alarm excited to start the day and did cardio w a smile on my face. 🤗

Just yesterday a client texted me saying they were feeling supper accomplished after finishing their workout even though it was really tough. 💪🏻

Just the day before that a client sent me a message saying they felt so good about taking care of their body and tuning in and it was clear to me that they really were understanding the difference between pushing for Loving reasons vs loathing reasons. 💝✨

Earlier this week I had another client tell me they never thought they’d be doing half the stuff we do together and they can’t believe how good it actually feels. 😱🌈

And just before that a client sent me a text saying they were feeling more productive and energized with the recent changes they have been making in their life. 💥

This stuff is not as hard as it may appear on the surface.

Sure, the industry preaches quick fixes, weird diets, strange pills and contraptions, and all sorts of crazy random theories. 🧐

But none of that really counts towards YOU and YOUR goals. 🙅🏻‍♀️

Sure it might work for a little. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But what happens after?😴

If a lifestyle change doesn’t inspire you or spark something within you then you should explore other ways to get to your goals (luckily there are many!). 🙇🏻‍♀️

What if you could figure it out and know EXACTLY what you needed, all the time, to totally kick ass and see the results you want consistently WITHOUT feeling restricted or like you ‘just need more discipline and will power’?? ⚡️

Open Yourself Up to the Energy of Receiving What You TRULY Want

When you truly want something bad enough, nothing stands in your way, nothing feels like ‘too much work’, and every single moment counts towards your goal.

This doesn’t mean it is always going to come ‘easily’ but it does mean that desire has a powerful way of making things fun, fulfilling, and definitely satisfying.

When we know that what we are working towards exists in the universe for us to latch onto and take for ourselves, and we truly accept it as our reality, getting there becomes much more of a ‘no brainer’.

Why? Because we begin to embody the reality we seek and in embodying this energy we begin to take action driven by it AND we radiate it out to the world so we receive even more of what we need to actually physically experience the thing or feeling or win we desire and have been aligning ourselves to.

In order to actually ‘receive’ anything of what we want, we must first breathe with the breath of the light and energy which said thing has.

Many people think you must first have the thing in order to feel the epicness of having it.

But the truth is, you must express gratitude for what you want in THIS present moment as though you’ve already got it!

You have to truly be willing to open yourself up to fully receiving it through gratitude and love and acknowledgment for yourself and your path in this life.

When you step into the energy of gratitude, positivity, happiness, and receiving you are literally emitting a different vibe out into the universe which legitimately shifts the frequency you are on so you are now able to attract that next level reality or said goal into your life with more ease, play, fun, and flow.

Doesn’t that sound amazing? 
Isn’t that just so sensational?

To know that you, right now, have this colossal amount of untapped power within you to amplify your life as a magnet to what you want, to literally become the next best version of yourself NOW so that you can actually live as the next best version of yourself sooner.

3 Steps to Honoring Your Body

“I honor my body as the pinnacle manifestation of my spirit, this I do for myself and all of humanity”.

What does it mean to ‘honor’ your body?

This is a question only you can truly know the BEST answers to but sometimes we need some guidance to discover those solutions.

Here’s my 3 step method for honoring yourself/your body; 
1. Tune in 
2. Trust 
3. Give

Let’s break this down.

To tune in means to take a time out, connect to yourself at a soul level, and seek counsel from your body.

For some people this looks like; 
1. Getting into complete silence and meditating. 
2. Blasting music and dancing around or singing to figure out what they need. 
3. Breathing deeper and slower to recenter. 
4. Asking the questions, what do I need, please show me what I need, guide me to the best thing, etc.

The list goes on... if you’re not sure, try just taking some time out for yourself and asking for support from your body and soul.


To trust means to understand and accept the fact that your body has an innate, given, natural ability to know exactly what you need, why you need it, and what said thing will do for you even if you don’t consciously know.
Your body is always talking to you and gives you signals and signs on a daily basis. Sometimes we don’t even realize it until we shift something.

Even one of my clients recently expressed to me that he had no idea how crappy the foods he WAS eating were making him feel until he shifted to the higher vibe more conscious choices and has felt his energy and productivity completely skyrocket.

So, trust that when your body says rest, it needs rest. When your body says, a piece of chocolate, it could be protecting itself from a future restriction driven binge fest. When your body says, cold, put a jacket on. When your body says move, it wants to feel empowered and fulfilled. When your body says nourish, it needs support in functioning at a high level so nourish!

Just begin trusting your body’s beautiful mechanisms and systems built to protect you as a soul, light being, experiencing life on this earth.


Lastly, to Give means to take the knowledge you received from the tuning in and the trusting and implement it.
This is just as important as the tuning in. This is what makes your actions feel amazing. This is what literally provides for your body. This is the part where you consciously choose how you are going to treat the greatest asset to your soul.
I call this ‘give’ because it should feel like a total gift, an epic offering to your body for being such a lovely house for you and carrying you through life and always looking out for you by pumping blood, cycling oxygen, generating energy, etc.


Now imagine that the person you are, right now while reading this, decided to give a little more, trust a little more, and tune in more?
How would that impact your experience in this life? 
How would that change how you feel? 
How would that generate transformation in your body, your lifestyle, your entire being?

This 3 step method is something you can truly do anytime anywhere regardless of the situation.

It helps to strengthen your relationship with your intuition so that you can begin doing this on autopilot and it just becomes your usual baseline/functioning pattern.

DID YOU SHOW UP TO BE MEDIOCRE OR MAGICAL?

Here’s one of the secrets to unlocking the potential you need to achieving the goals that are driving you everyday.


Before I get to that, it’s important to know that Even though the big picture goal matters, it isn’t going to come just by focusing on it like some far fetched dream or a photo framed on the wall that ‘will be you someday’.


When we want something, we should allow that desire to drive our actions every moment of every day.


So How do you do this? What is this ‘secret’?


Sometimes this process even begins to happen subconsciously just by aligning ourselves and our goals to what I refer to as our core soul codes or what others might say as our core values.


A lot of people think that in order to ACHIEVE what they want, they must WORK WORK WORK until they do and what I’ve noticed is that they end up working 10x harder than necessary for less than even MEDIOCRE results.


If you’re really after MASSIVE success, then you must 100% EMBODY the identity of the version of you who has ALREADY achieved the success you currently want.


Doing This creates greater results because EVERY ACTION you take is ALIGNED to and ROOTED IN the identity of the next level version of you.


So, what’s happening?


It means you’re no longer creating results from your ‘lower’ self and now you are creating results from the ‘highest’ version of yourself, allowing you to break through limits you had previously set and broken.


Magical stuff.


If you’re going to put in the work, it may as well be smart, aligned, high powered work. I mean, why would you waste your time doing something in 10 steps that you could do in 1?


Same deal here.


All you have to do is focus on really connecting to WHO that next level version of you is and WHAT they think, believe, and do on a daily basis and then FOLLOW THE LEADER!


Your results are a reflection of every new identity you are creating but you cannot have the results of the higher version of yourself without the willingness to actually play at the level of which the next best version of yourself plays at.


Many people come to me thinking they have to do all this stuff in order to achieve what they want but they are ALWAYS missing the crucial step of the INNER work.


For every ‘outside job’ there’s ‘inner work’ to be done. And it is NECESSARY for maximizing our energy and efforts into our results.

Bringing Your Ideal Body into Your Physical Reality

The body you love and feel proud of already exists in this universe and you have the power to bring it into your immediate reality.

When you truly love your body, an optimized body with a shape that you love comes naturally as a byproduct because of the actions you are taking being so loving, freeing, fulfilling, and empowering for your soul.

When we build a body out of self loathe, restriction, guilt, and other negative emotions we can never truly appreciate the body we create let alone sustain any physical results which perpetuates the unhealthy patterns of yo yoing, disappointment, shame, and unhealthy relationships with ourselves, food, exercise, etc.

“I GET TIRED OF EATING THE SAME THINGS WHICH IS WHY I CAN NEVER STAY ON TRACK, HOW DO YOU DO IT?”

People always ask me if I ever get tired of my food and I can honestly say that I don’t. I look forward to every meal and I LOVE experimenting with food.

You don’t have to have a passion for health to find excitement in the kitchen, at the market, or when deciding what to eat on a daily basis.

Understand, there’s a TON of foods that can provide you with the macronutrients and micronutrients you need to sustain your body at an optimal level while building the body you LOVE.

The idea of not giving your body healthier foods that it thrives on due to lack of flavor, taste, variety, etc is a BS BLOCK CREATED IN YOUR MIND!

Let alone believing there is a specific ‘track’ you must stay on which is also a bunch of BS...there’s no track when it’s your every day reality. You wouldn’t call brushing your teeth staying on track would you?

Okay, Don’t get me wrong, A varied diet is very important and beneficial to the body!

However, if you feel like finally giving your body what it needs to be the BEST home for your soul and you think that actually transitioning to a more healthy lifestyle would create this problem of not enjoying your meals, I want to share with you how I’ve avoided it for nearly 6 Years now.

I’ve had many ups and downs since 2012 of course, as we all do on any journey, but these are the ways I have truly developed a LOVE for the healthy, and what should be normal for everyone, eating habits.
​
HERE IS HOW: 
  • I have the freedom to mix it up with different seasonings.
  • I can cook it in various ways (broil, bake, wok, etc).
  • It literally gives me so much energy and LIFE for the day that my body CRAVES it and looks forward to each meal.
  • It’s provided consistency into my life in a way that can’t be had without preparation or planning.
  • It gives me just the right amount of fuel that MY body needs to be successful.
  • It allows me to have the most kickass workouts which would be unpredictable or unknown if I didn’t have it.

There is a BOUNTY of choices for yummy, fun, delicious, and high vibe fuel and when I step outside of my comfort zone I can experience this.

If I am not in competition prep mode I can have even more fun at the store trying new foods, researching benefits, and seeing how my body responds.

I always know I’m going to LOVE the food, not just because it tastes amazing, but because it makes me feel amazing!!

✔️Free of Diseases or limited risks
✔️Balanced 
✔️Stable 
✔️Self-reliant (less need for meds or supplementation) 
✔️More balanced chemicals and hormones for higher moods and better gut health that opens up intuition even more 
✔️Less Pain or Stiffness 
✔️More willing to move and participate in active opportunities 


Do I really need to continue? 


Your soul doesn’t just NEED this to have the most awesome, fulfilling, epic, and purposeful life...


YOUR SOUL CRAVES THIS. 


Move your body. 
Strengthen your body. 
Focus on fueling your body.

You can’t do this if your body is working against you because you won’t work for your body. 


This isn’t about aesthetics or a rockin bod (although those are generally the bonus byproducts that come from these loving choices)... 


...this is about truly stepping into the identity of the version of you who embraces their body as their souls essential vehicle to the most amazing life...


...and therefore cares for it with great ease, flow, and love knowing that the rewards you reap are SO much deeper than surface level ❤️
