![]() Everything amazing in my life has been led by a feeling, discovered through feeling, or decided upon through feeling. Everything less than amazing has been driven by thought, ego, or negativity. I remember as a volleyball coach we used to tell the girls 'when you think, you stink'. In ju jitsu I am told to let go of thought because my body already knows what to do. When I eat I listen to my body's needs and trust that she knows what is going to sustain me. In my business I am driven by high emotions and feelings. When it feels good I follow it. When it doesn't I drop it. So when I feel like working with someone I do. When I feel like hiring someone I do. When I feel like changing something I change it. Simple. When I speak to my clients I don't think rapidly and crazy like. I trust that I already know what they need. I feel into their emotions and tap into the energy of which they are SEEKING to have then I provide this. When I met Robbie it just felt right. And it still does. And I don't think it will ever feeeel wrong. When I started lifting weights it felt proper that this become my passion. When I prepped for my first show. It felt right. When I wanted to do another show and stopped my show prep it was because it didn't feel right. Now, I'm prepping because it feels right. It has been the MOST energized and excited I've been in a long time. I feel rejuvenated actually. Every feeling I get leads to the action necessary, the positive choice, the right step. It all just starts falling into place. Because feeling is the gut reacting. Feeling is your souls choice. Feeling is first nature. When we feel we have been conditioned to question it. As if we are 'not allowed to' just because it feels right. If I had listened to all the times people told me it wasn't enough to go off a feeling I guarantee I'd be no where near where I am now. It's almost as though we are being conditioned to think that 'feeling like' something is not allowed. And actually should be ridiculed. God forbid you listen to your soul right? Ridiculous... ;) Imagine a world where EVERYONE trusted their intuition, their soul, their gut. And then even more so, ACTED ON IT! Wow. That would be beautiful. I've been really expanding lately within myself and because of it I have been attracting other soul creators, followers, leaders, and seekers. And let me just say, they are frikkin AMAZING. Now imagine a world of the... When you say or hear "I wish there were more people like you in the world" I want you to know IT IS POSSIBLE. In fact, there IS a world of us out there. Some of us are consistently shattering the ceiling of the demands placed on our soul. And others of us, Well, unfortunately some of the world is still stuck, lost, trapped, confined. Some are worse than others. But no one is actually broken or dead or useless. Our differences in imbalances of the soul message we have for the world is what true uniqueness looks like. Being unique is a part of you. Just by being YOU. No one else can do that. When we can embrace the different journeys of all our souls and come together the world produces magic. If you want to call it 'magic'. You are not meant to live this life outside of yourself. You are meant to literally live through yourself. Because you are a soul. A badass soul might I add. And you have a responsibility on this earth to release your soul to the world daily. HOWEVER THAT LOOKS FOR YOU. In order to do that though, you have to take care of the home in which your soul resides. -listen -trust -fuel -love When you can do these things you can give the most valuable gift EVER to the world. Your love. Your soul. Your energy. YOU. Because the more love you have within, then the more love you can radiate out into the world and thus the more love you can receive. ![]() Calling women into my programs by belittling their bodies has never and will never feel good to me. In fact, it would go against everything I believe. Regardless of 'business and marketing strategy' I know, trust, and believe that the women I am meant to work with understand the true benefits of Building More than Just a Body by emphasizing the importance of self-love, confidence, mindset, behavior change modification planning, and wellness development all coming together with the proper training and nutrition program. I know that there are women out there who can see and already KNOW that they are deeper than surface level. We don't need to be body shamed, hated on for our size, or looked at differently because we aren't at our peak state. In all honesty, the body is a byproduct to all the in depth work I do with the people who work with me. The body comes with ease and genuine flow as we focus on the inner work and identity creation that comes with developing a body that serves you and makes you feel amazing. I will never support companies, coaches, or programs built on the backs of making women feel like they are less than they truly are. We are allowed to love our bodies. We are allowed to feel amazing in them. We are allowed to look after them. We are allowed to desire change for them. We are allowed to fuel them properly. We are allowed to push them past their limits. We should NEVER allow ourselves to hate on our bodies. Last time I checked, that never got anyone results; at least not ones that lasted or felt fulfilling. Hating on yourself can look differently for everyone, here are some examples: -Speaking Down to Yourself -Judging, Poking, Prodding, and Squeezing at yourself for not looking a particular way. -Eating Poorly -Neglecting to condition your body's muscles -Pushing feelings away and not giving yourself permission to feel and heal because you 'have to be strong so you don't have time for this' -Fueling toxic relationships with people, food, and yourself. -Forcing yourself to work through pain, fatigue, or low energy. -Deciding not to listen to your body when she speaks to you. -Ignoring the requests of your soul to truly live your most empowered, free, healthy, and fulfilling life. Yep... these are just a few examples. Maybe some of these felt familiar to you, I know I can relate, I used to live in a self-loathing relationship with my mind and my body and my soul. While we can and should invest in bettering our health, fitness, and bodies. We must approach it from positive energies and intentions which serve us. When we come from a place of hatred we only generate surface level results or no results at all in most cases, and they sure as hell don't last. There are people, companies, and industries which will make you feel like you HAVE to change yourself now. And call you out for not fitting in your dress, being able to squeeze fat on your tummy, and having thighs that rub together or have cellulite coating each surface area of your body. These are the same companies, industry, and people (I say people because I don't qualify them as 'experts', 'coaches', 'specialists', 'mentors' or whatever they like to sell themselves to you as with their negatively backed ad campaigns) who put you on programs that only generate results for the SHORT term. WHY?! Because the problem is not your body, or your fat, or your muscles or lack there of, or your skin, or your hair, or your face, or your level of conditioning, or your performance, or your clothing not fitting, or you name it. The problem lies deeper than that. The problem is rooted in things like: -Limiting Beliefs -Negative, non-serving mindset -Past Experiences (even all the way back to your childhood and usually all the way back there) -Unhealthy relationships with people, food, and yourself stemming from thoughts, beliefs, experiences, and mindset. -Lack of fulfillment or feeling of fulfillment (even if it is unconsciously known, it can still be there and normally is) -Desire for things which do not come and are then sought in our food, choices, etc. -Current struggles, trials, energy, and imbalances -Unhealed and neglected wounds -And the list goes on... I am sharing this with you because I am on a mission to help women start building more than just a body and truly fulfill and live out their most empowered life. Let's start with the arm in general. You have your bicep, tricep, shoulders, and forearms. Let's break it down to everything except forearms. So everything above the elbow. Bicep breakdown: A. BI-means TWO. There are 2 heads of the muscle (long and short). This means you need to work BOTH heads for your bicep to grow balanced and look bigger. B. Long head= outside head of muscle= peak (the part that stands up when you flex) Exercise example: Concentration Curls. C. Short head=inner muscle head. Exercise example: Preacher curls. D. There is a muscle further in as well but we are talking about these two heads to keep it very clear and concise. And considering both of these muscles attach at the scapula (one further than the other you could guess this based on long vs short) then both come together by your elbow to well bend the elbow. YOUR ARMS WILL NOT GROW OR APPEAR LARGER, MORE TONED, OR WHATEVER ELSE YOU WANT WITHOUT WORKING TRICEPS. (sorry for yelling, just want to make this clear) Here's why... Tricep Breakdown: A. Tri=Three. There are THREE heads in the tricep which means it takes up and makes up more of your arm than your bicep. Therefore, focus on your triceps for overall growth and arm development. B. You need to work all three heads. Let's keep this simple again. 1. The long head is the longest and is running along the back of arm and can be considered as the inside head also. Train this first since it's largest and takes up most space and will give you the size. A. Exercise example: Dips. 2. The medial head is very very deep. It's that super deep tricep muscle that you see when women and med get super shredded and flex and you think, 'do I have that muscle?' Yeah that one. ;) A. Exercise example: Reverse Grip Pushdown 3. The lateral head is on the outside. And gives us that desirable horseshoe look. A. Exercise example: kickbacks. Main takeaway: Common misconception is to focus mostly on our biceps. Not the case; you need to work triceps (all heads) for more size, shape, etc. Now, let's talk shoulders. Shoulders have a LOT goin on and if you don't know yet it's okay!! But all the muscles are all interconnected and work together in the body sooo We are going to talk about the 3 parts of the shoulder head only. Shoulder heads to know: 1. Anterior Deltoid: the front of your shoulder. Exercise example: dumbbell front raises. 2. Medial Deltoid: Middle of your shoulder. This part makes you look wider and rounder in a really great way. When you work shoulders and back you create the illusion of a smaller waist. Example exercise: dumbbell lateral raises 3. Posterior Deltoid: Rear of your shoulder. This helps to create more roundness and overall size and shape. It really emphasizes that final touch of the boulder shoulder. Example exercise: Rear Delt Raises. I could go on about all of this but I wanted to give you something super quick and simple as well as explain the muscles and their heads considering that is what we are focused on when we workout. It's also important to know that there are movements which can and do hit all heads of a particular muscle or grouping of muscles if you will. So you're really not limited and should focus on movements that also hit them all together as it is possible. I love empowering through lessons and knowledge to truly lead you to understand WHY we train how we train or do certain things to achieve specific aesthetics or goals. Part of my mission is to help you feel confident when you walk into the gym for a kick ass workout. I want you to be able to go in and own it knowing exactly what you're doing and having no doubts, questions, or second thoughts. This came out of me while journaling in gratitude this morning. I was really connecting to a feeling and just writing as gratitude flowed through me and I almost crossed this out because I thought, "who is this 'her'?" Then I realized. That 'her' is my soul. I am happy and grateful that my soul has transformed with me. That she's shown herself. That she's opened up. That she's appeared in the world and is standing up for herself and her beliefs. That she's healthier. That she's more free. That she's happier. The crazy thing? I didn't consciously think to write this down. I consciously thought to scratch it out as a mistake. I then realized who really wrote this... My soul took control and decided that she belongs in every aspect of my life. I thought she had. She thought differently. So she showed up and she made it known that she deserves to be recognized and acknowledged. I fought the idea thinking, well technically she is me. But this was just to cover up the truth that sometimes my soul and I have space between us that's filled with a bunch of emotion either serving or limiting. And this was her way of letting me know, "I am here. I transformed with you. Be grateful for me because I am grateful for you." So it hit me. When I would and do feel intertwined with my soul it is natural. When I am only acting from my headspace I do not feel 'one' with her but rather like we are just holding hands on the journey. That's it. It's not only about knowing my soul is apart of me and choosing to sometimes showcase her or listen to her or become her. It's about truly recognizing that she and I are the same. Every day. Every minute. Every decision. She's been here. And I am grateful that she has transformed with me. Even when I neglected her consciously I took the time to connect with her when I felt that I was neglecting her. This was a beautiful reminder to not just 'connect' with her. But to become her. And truly embody her. Because she is me at the deepest rooted level there is. I am grateful she naturally came out of me today without me even consciously realizing immediately what happened until she stopped me from crossing it out and I took a deep breath and saw it for what it really was and felt her strong presence actually flow out of me, naturally. This would never happen if I didn't recognize her power and love and abilities and strength and spirt. Because I have. She has too. We are transformed together. We are no longer just connected every now and then. We now seek oneness over connectivity. Because oneness allows us to show up together consciously and unconsciously;naturally. ❤ Your Soul and she will ❤ you back more deeply than you ever knew possible. We are all very capable of making things work. However that looks for us, we are made to make things happen, naturally. Our will to survive is rooted in the depth of our nature. No matter how you slice it, your body wants you alive and well. Unfortunately, you may have lost touch with your intuitive self... The one who: --Tells you how much she wants to eat --Tells you how active she needs to be --Tells you what she finds fun or draining --Tells you what serves her --Tells you what feels good --Tells you what makes her happiest --Tells you when she needs rest and recovery --Tells you when she needs love or support --Tells you everything you need to know in order to survive in a peak state. Your body and your soul must work together in order to truly live your most fulfilling and empowered life. While it is easy to go day by day and just making quick ditch decisions, it is not necessarily the healthiest way to live We are meant to truly trust, listen, and serve ourselves. When we fall into limiting patterns of beliefs, actions, and environments which don't serve us, of course it doesn't and won't feel good. But somehow, we stay there. Why? Our mind wants to protect us. Our body wants to keep us safe and healthy. Our soul wants an abundance of all things positive, serving, loving, beneficial, and beautiful. So our mind says, 'no more change, it will be too stressful, too hard, too scary, too taxing, too tiring. we must remain here and grow this way since this is easier, safer, and more reliable' Yet, our body is screaming at us, 'Help me, please. Stop feeding me this way. Stop treating me this way. Stop acting like I don't matter.' Meanwhile, our soul whispers, nudges, and attempts to guide us, 'Wait. Listen. Trust me. You know what is best for you. It is okay to struggle. It is okay to grow. It is okay to be you. It is okay to want what you want. It is okay to achieve more. Change is safe, change helps you to grow. Failure is good, it helps you to learn. Every moment is perfect and every opportunity is yours to take or leave. Please, trust me, listen to me, and serve me for I am here to bring you peace with your body and your mind, I know you well, I know what you need. Fuel me, serve me, the rest will come by default' So, why do we ignore this intuitive soul of our being? Why do we let the confines of our mind rule us when we can seek the open and clear spaces or create them ourselves? Why do we ignore the body when it signals us that something is not right? Most importantly, why do we neglect ourselves. We know what we need. We know ourselves better than anyone every could. We are so much deeper than surface level. We are in touch with our mind, we are protected by our body, but we are whole when we connect, trust, and listen to our soul because that is truly the root of who we are. When it comes time to change our life, our choices, our behaviors, our habits, our thoughts, or even our appearance. We must never look outside of ourselves; everything we need is within. The growth we desire is not as much physical as it is vibrational. We want to be at a higher frequency to attract the life we desire which has a frequency much higher than that of our current identity. To grow, to change, to see results. We must raise our consciousness, change our frequency, and vibrate higher. The life you desire is not yours yet simply because your identity is not yet in alignment with the life or the results you are seeking. To truly manifest what you desire. You must become it. I believe that you can be, achieve, do, and have anything you desire in life with the proper focus and mindset. Hi, I am the Cel antipode and I like to consider myself a pretty hateful person and I specialize in helping people hate themselves, abuse their bodies, and truly feel terrible and some would even say trapped in their own skin. You know, I suffered with self-love and confidence for a long time. I was constantly looking in the mirror thinking all these ridiculously positive affirmations or sometimes even flexing at myself and admiring my body for all that it ‘gives’ to me—yikes! I listened to it and fed It what felt good and I took time for myself daily. I even trusted my soul for awhile… I would even go as far to say I loved myself so much that I was radiating love into the world and then I was constantly receiving more love, NO THANKS (amiright?)! I spent years of my life changing myself to become more loving and now I am thinking, ‘what the hell was I doing, total waste of time you know!’ I mean I was so depressed and anxious and I was even less healthy before I started delving into the dark depths of self love. Did you know I even started to fuel my body with things that actually made me want to do MORE?! I even went to the gym or enjoyed the outdoors everyday. I meditated a few times. I also took time to put on face masks, paint my nails, get a massage, or sleep. LOL! I want to make sure that you NEVER have to experience this type of life. After I spent time truly changing the way I felt about myself I thought to myself, ‘wow, that was the worst decision of my life, I need to get back to my self-destructive ways’ This is when my idea of Breaking down MORE than just your body was born. I even created a guide all about how to ‘negatively drain yourself to fatass—the interactive guide to destroying all serving beliefs, developing self-loathe, and manifesting your way to your worst most drained self’ I was shocked at the amazing response I got! I actually felt great making others learn to feel worse. This was the exact guide I used to fuel my own negative self and I just knew I had to give it to others. Heres the thing. Hating yourself is actually a lot more difficult than it seems. I thought loving myself was pretty easy compared to this and we all know I can’t stand that anymore, I prefer the hard road. Here are some things I do to show my body (and soul) just how much I cannot stand it:
The list goes on, but I can’t give you all the secrets to this, you have to just get the guide if you are still looking for more ways to do this too. What I realized is that truly hating yourself is so much more painful than loving yourself. BUT, I love the pain. It feels good to suffer in my own skin and feel myself dying physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I have never felt as terrible as I do right now but it is okay because well, I don’t ever want to have to go through the trouble of showing myself love anyways. This one site I was on that had changed my life for the worst when I was on my journey before this revelation was even trying to encourage me to love and care for myself (GAG). It was soooo focused on things like: --Self-Love, Confidence, and Mindset. --Long Term Success Building --Wellness Development --Behavior Change Modification Planning --Nutrition and Exercise I just couldn’t stand it. I was like, “WHY the hell are you making me have breakthroughs and taking me through all these empowering exercises and giving me all these strategies?!” I was so done with that, I wanted to be miserable instead. So I cancelled. Luckily there was no added join fees or cancellation fees so I only had the small price to pay (which was even discounted—lame right) and then I left. WHY would I want to do that forever. This girl was adding videos to it EVERY week. Constantly flooding me with self-love and mindset, and all these tools that I just had to ditch it because, why would I want to feel good anyways. It was such a WASTE of my time and energy and definitely a waste of my money. Not to mention the other people in the ‘support’ group she had. Encouraging me, welcoming me in to some sort of loving cult, yeah no thanks, I didn’t want to be a part of that. OMG she even would ask us what we wanted to see and I was like “I wanna see you get the f out of here with your positive vibes and energies and all that other stuff you have” Anyways, whatever you do, don’t join www.celesterainsturk.com it is likely to make you go from loathe to love and we all know that is NOT what life is supposed to be like. When you have the opportunity to choose between my life and hers, choose mine, it is much safer anyways. Plus, you don’t have to worry about feeling amazing, having better health, or growing in your personal development at all. Hate always and forever, The Celeste Antipode ![]() [Vulnerably emotional share] "No thought, just feel" Closing my eyes again I reconnected to my heart and discovered pain which I had repressed for so long and convinced myself it was 'not my pain to feel' despite its immense affect on my life, my beliefs, my choices, and my overall well-being. I have always known I was afraid of being alone, loneliness, or loss of connection. I knew I had a lot to work through; there was healing to be done. I always keep things real here and I want you to know, despite the way I show up online, I actually don't have a ton of close friends. And I haven't felt very 'connected' to people in person in a very long time aside from my boyfriend. There are not a lot of people I can call out of the blue and open up fully to, or at least I haven't allowed myself too (I am going to get into this). My boyfriend is my closest friend of all but I don't really have more then 2 close girl friends who I feel I can really turn to. This has been hurting my heart lately as I have felt so reliant on myself and I felt so distant from others, even family. While I recognized this and came to many of my own conclusions I never opened up to the depth of which this pain and this problem stemmed from... "I sense you still have some depression" "Do you often get a sore throat or a cough?" "I am getting sadness and grief around your heart..." "...Does any of this resonate with you?" Me: I don't feel that depressed anymore but when I do it is triggered by the potential of losing someone or something or me wanting to run from a confrontation that could cause this in fear of it happening. I don't normally get a sore throat or cough, no. Sadness and grief in my heart, I am not sure. I knew what was happening. He was tapping into the energies with my chakras. Then, we went deep. Shit got real, real fast. Heartache was uncovered. Attachment was released. And 3 beliefs were woven into me from all of the breakthroughs and deep discussion through the healing process: 1. It is safe to trust 2. It is safe to love 3. It is safe to forgive I am still sitting with all of this but I feel so much more open and light after this healing session. I realize that cutting the ties between these 2 significant people's energies to forgive them is going to allow me to be more open in life to receive. Wow? Sound familiar, Celeste? Just yesterday I did a video on "What do you need to release in order to receive what you truly desire?" Apparently, I too needed to do a lot of releasing, we all do though. I had to release energy that was not serving me and which I had pent up in what I have always been told to be my strongest chakra--my heart. I couldn't hold that there if I wanted to show up as my highest self... I feel more open to: --New friendships (deep ones) --Loving new people in my life deeply and strongly without the fear of losing them or going through all the fallouts I used to have. --Forgiving more freely and openly with loads of acceptance and true objectivity. The past month the word "healing" has been coming up a lot for me. Then all these different types of healings have showed up for me, of course. Today I was grateful to be guided through a Theta Healing Session with Mike Marschhausen. I appreciated his willingness to go all in with me and to create a space for me in which I felt open, comfortable, and confident in sharing deeply so I could heal. While I am still getting my bearings after the session, I can say I feel there was a necessary shift which occurred for me, which I cannot deny or neglect. I highly recommend you reach out to Mike and ask him about his Theta Healing. In all honesty, I didn't even know what it was, I just did it. And, I don't think I could even explain it now if I tried! All I can say is massive energetic healing. Any action towards bettering yourself, your life, your body, your health, and your relationships is an act of self-love. Every day I have the blessing and privilige of helping others live a life rooted more deeply in self-love while truly freeing themselves from self-loathe. To care for yourself, to allow yourself to heal, to truly understand and listen to yourself, that is self-love. When we look at the world we can all have very different perspectives. I respect them all. I find that perspective is highly based on your beliefs, your mindset, and the energy and love in your own heart and soul. I truly believe that the more love we have for ourselves then the more love we can radiate out into the world and thus, the more love we can receive.
