I LOVE LOVE!!
Love saved my life.
Love gave me hope.
Love fuels my every action.
Love feeds me.
Love guides me.
Love fulfills me.
Everything I do is in love, backed by love, rooted in love, and generates more love.
Love is the greatest emotion to ever exist, in my opinion.
With Love we can experience all things and love can be experienced with all things.
Love is freeing.
Love is energy.
Love is abundant.
YOU, my friend, are love.
At the core of you, is love.
Whether or not you always feel it, I promise you it is there.
The best thing about love is that you can call it in at any moment and feel it deeply.
Love has moved me to tears, laughter, giddy smiles, and even sadness believe it or not.
Love has led me to service, to living fully as myself and show up as me everyday, to friendships, and to romance.
Love gives me my health, my wellbeing, my inspiration, my decisions, my confidence, and my lifestyle.
I celebrate love daily and love celebrates me.
I embrace and share love freely and it has become like second nature to me.
What I love about love is that love does not neglect us. Only we can neglect love from flowing freely through us.
I encourage you to love yourself because the more love you have for yourself then the more love you can radiate out into the world and thus the more love you can receive.
So when I am asked, "What do you think of Valentine's Day?"
I know that my answer consists of these cores:
-If a day is meant to celebrate love, why wouldn't we appreciate it?
-If the world emphasizes love in your life, why shame it?
-If the day inspires more love to shine from and through others than I am all for it.
-Any day filled with love is a day to celebrate.
Some people only experience an excess of love on days like this so we need to really appreciate it and love it and live it out to the fullest.
On this Valentine's Day I not only encourage you to love yourself fully and create loving rituals for yourself through honoring and caring for your body and your soul but I also encourage you to use that self-love and radiate it out to those around you.
Today is a perfect day to express even more and allow this to be your new standard of loving.
So when it comes to a life full of love you are more expressive and more fulfilled daily.

THE STORY OF THE LIL LOATHING BEAN THAT GAVE UP ON ITS DREAM...
This photo is Straight from the prep files! Because No matter what season, shape, or situation you’re in...
No matter what season, shape, or situation you’re in...
If you’re unhappy, can’t feel proud of yourself, only see the flaws of your body, or always beat yourself up then you need to stop to get your mind right!
No matter how regimented you are in following your meal plan/executing your workouts...
It won’t matter if you can’t wake up everyday w/ love for yourself!
It is so sad when people hate on their body despite the fact that they are literally doing everything they can to improve it!
Or hate on themselves when they are literally doing everything they can to grow!
It is so sad when people let loathe ruin their day and run their lives moment by moment
Imagine a little bean staring up at a bean stock and thinking they are a complete failure because they haven’t sprouted in the same way!
Imagine now, telling that little bean that it will be there too one day!
If he keeps in the sunlight, drinks its water, and stays patient!
But the little bean keeps thinking they can’t do that, they have tried everything, they are not capable and they shouldn’t even bother anymore!
And how dare they even call themselves a bean! When they look nothing like the best bean!
So the lil bean dug itself up and decided to give up its dreams of sprouting into anything bigger, moved into the darkness of the shade, and dried itself up until only a lil bean in soil was left
But all along he was meant to be a bean stock!
No matter what challenges! She did everything he could to be a beanstock and had she kept going, she would have seen her potential come to life!
But loathe drove him to focus on all that she wasn’t instead of all that she was becoming
If only the lil bean had loved herself enough to smile, trust herself/ her actions, & keep going no matter how tough it was!

It’s not about what you don’t have yet that you think will make up happier...
It’s about what you do have that’s actually keeping you from being your happiest!
WHAT ISN’T SERVING YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY TO BEING HAPPIER, HEALTHIER, OR MORE FULFILLED?
Instead of blaming your discontent on the things you don’t have yet, take a look at what you do have that isn’t actually serving you
Those are the things you should be more concerned about as they are what’s keeping you stuck and feeling truly discontent/unhappy!
If you want to achieve anything you must release all that doesn’t align to it!
So many people always want to know what the next thing is that they need to “do” to get to x, y, or z
But more often than not it is about what you need to stop doing, stop entertaining, stop allowing, and stop investing your energy, time, &/or money into!
This week, Encourage yourself to be extra aware and conscious of the things you do daily
Pay close attention to what feels disempowering or like it’s holding you back
Notice if it is truly a recurring pattern
Then ask yourself what needs to happen in order to put an end to these unhealthy, demotivating, non-conducive habits!
And let them go!!
Once you create enough space by getting rid of what doesn’t serve you, THEN you can consider even more of what could serve you!
What do you think? Ever experience this? Have something in mind?
“I ATE X FOOD & DRANK X AMOUNT OF WATER BEFORE THIS!!”
You might be wondering WHY you or others do this!!
Why do so many of us feel the need to justify everything?
Why do we feel the need to say why our body looks the way it does in the picture instead of just being like:
“okay ya this is me now and you don’t need to know if I just ate chicken and veg with a carbonated drink or a gallon of water and asparagus”
I was inspired to write this because I used to do this all the time and then did it recently on my story!😱
I was immediately reminded of the fact that I used to do this because I felt like I had to prove myself all the time.❌
I thought that I always had to present myself a certain way as a trainer or competitor or coach or whatever it might be!
It’s amazing how much ‘image’ can impact our actions! As though we have to share exactly WHY we are doing things.
When really, we should share because we genuinely feel it will help others, not to prove anything to ourselves or justify our actions or our body or status!
It happens all the time, not just online!
Think of all the times you have complimented or confronted someone and they come up w/ a justification for why they are the way they are rather than just taking responsibility/owning it!
I found in the past that I did this when I felt my portrayal may lead others to question my identity.
So if I said “oh this pic is after x meals and x water”
It was a protection mechanism due to fear that someone might think I look bloated or fluffier and then think I’m less of a trainer or coach.
But I was able to release a lot of these old behavior patterns of explaining myself, justifying my actions, or validating who I was/ how I was by addressing the root of where the pattern came from usually beliefs I think others will have of me (usually just my own!)
Which means, I had to adjust the beliefs I have about myself & who I am!
This is where a lot of my deeper work, healing practices, & self love comes in which I‘m excited to teach on my free online self-love & body acceptance workshop in 1 WEEK

I’M FEELING SO FREE & CONNECTED!
I’m in such a good position right now to achieve my goals!
I can build muscle because I have so much energy, am eating quality foods, and I am actually releasing attachment to the outcome because there is no stage in sight for me!
While there can be many ways to achieve this goal, we have to consider other variables in our life!
In this journey, I’ve been so much more connected to why I did any of this in the first place and it feels freeing honestly.
I’m really happy to be in such a positive mental space and detaching myself from the emotions I feel as a competitor and more so stepping back and seeing what’s best for me and my body right now!
I am conscious of what I do day to day and listen to my body so much more!
I’m having sooo much fun in the gym still and am getting even more confidence in my body because I see the positives more than anything else!
I was afraid of time off before but now I am totally totally totally loving it.
The inner work I did to make peace with myself, my goals, food, and my body have made all the difference
Meeting loathe with love.
Anything that makes me feel like crap about myself I meet with a whole lot of love and learning!

3:45am wake up calls don’t phase you as much when you have goals and love what you’re doing.
I took this picture before hitting fasted cardio early on one of my many prep mornings.
I never complained about the workouts, meals, or posing I needed to do. I always found a way to fit everything into my day.
When you want something bad enough, and you have the proper guidance to achieve it, you should be HAPPY to do what needs to be done.
When you aren’t truly passionate or excited about goals, you’ll find yourself complaining more.
Maybe it’s not about what you are doing, but what you should pursue instead.
If you don’t like crunching numbers, you wouldn’t pursue accounting.
If you don’t like painting, you wouldn’t become a painter.
So if you don’t like the grind of competing, you shouldn’t be a competitor.
There’s a difference between being someone who loves to workout and nourish your body properly and being a competitor.
Your life, your choices, your goals should all be aligned with you and what makes you feel most fulfilled.
If it’s not fulfilling you, it’s killing you.
Choose what makes you happy regardless of expectations, pressures, ‘shoulds’, and anything else external.
Only you know what is best for yourself, be okay with that.
Choosing what makes you happiest starts with self love! Need some support? Apply for my 1:1 Self-Love and Personal Development Coaching HERE
That feeling when you get your period for 2 consecutive months🥳
Honestly, if any of you want to complain about Aunt Flow I am not here for it anymore.
I get it, I used to complain about having the worst cramps, heavy periods, and aches during my period!
I still think period memes are funny but man, I regret taking her for granted!
But you really don’t know what you got till it’s gone!
I went TWO YEARS without a period because of stress on my body, in my body, and around my body!
It’s amazing the way perspective can shift when your goals are different though...
I’m not concerned about being the leanest I’ve ever been right now, or running faster miles, sprinting to the point of feeling like I am going to fall, doing split jump lunges till I collapse, and jump roping like I’m in some intense boxing movie and bout to kick some serious booty.
I’m not as focused on having less and less fat in my body, food in my diet, or numbers on the scale.
I’m not worried about how I’m going to look in a bikini on stage or how much my leg jiggles when I walk or the way my waist look in each pose.
All of those things are awesome. And I love them.
Even though some of you might think it sounds miserable, it’s not about picking ourselves apart as competitors it’s about being honest enough to see where improvement needs to be made and not complaining about the challenges!
I love that grind. I love the mental requirements. And I love the shreds.
Just because it’s not my priority right now doesn’t mean it never will be.
I have my period back. My health is mine. I’m energized. I kill my workouts. And I feel very free and happy with my body!😍
And getting my period actually means I can entertain the idea of a prep again (probably later on in the year!)
I wanted to share a little bit of what I’m doing now and then next month when I get my period naturally for the 3rd month in a row I’ll make a video explaining everything I did in more detail!
But I wanted to share some...
I’m still eating very clean, especially to make sure I have as little stress on my body as possible from artificial or processed foods (but yo girl still eats some of it!!)
I am training hard still. By differently. I haven’t done cardio in A LONG TIME!!!
I had been putting so much stress on my body with it that I completely cut it out aside from the odd dog walk or hike.
Yep, no cardio which means less stress on my body
I also didn’t want to gain anymore weight because that can also be stress on the body so I dropped cals and got my shit together more regimented and am maintaining for the most part.
I take my supplements religiously. I think this was my downfall before. On prep I’d be like meh meh meh I’ll take a multi.
Now I got the goods. I set records for how many I can take at once. Boom baby 12 at once!!
I’m conscious of how much sleep I’m getting, how my body is recovering, and the identity I am in (making sure I’m acting like a girl who is working to maintain her period and not a maniac)
I am waiting until I have had my period for 3 months straight before I even entertain the thought of competing (but I am not going to lie and say my pure giddyness and tears have not somewhat been connected to the fact that I know getting my period means I am that much closer to the stage again!)
I will share once it happens and give all you my own personal shares or you can message me and I can kind of give you the low down for now. But this post does a good job too.
I’m in such a good position right now to build muscle because I have so much energy, am eating quality foods, and am actually releasing attachment to the outcome because there is no stage in sight for me
I’ve been so much more connected to why I did any of this in the first place.
I am learning so so much from this time, one post couldn’t even do it justice.
I’ll keep you posted as time goes on but wanted to share some insight into it now and then next month I’ll make a video explaining what I’ve been doing in more depth 🙂
It’s been awhile, since I’ve shared my story and really introduced myself.
I am an online fitness coach, self-love, confidence, & mindset mentor helping people Build More than Just a Body by aligning inner work with physical results
I help women all over the world make peace with food, their bodies, and their life
I transformed my own life from one of self-loathe to one of self-love.
Through my deepest pains of depression, suicidal tendencies, as well as anxiety, a poor relationship with food, and a negative body image, I broke free from my demons & found my passions!
Fitness & nutrition played a huge role in my journey and led me to discover how much deeper than surface level this journey really is.
I developed an interest & love for psychology, personal development, food freedom, wellness, behavior change, & identity work.
Aside from being a certified personal trainer who studied clinical nutrition & dietetics before switching my degree to psychology;
I am also the #1 best-selling self-help author of “Believe your way to Badass” and the host of the “Confessions of a Bikini Pro” podcast.
But beyond doing what I love everyday
I also love art, nature, travel, spirituality, music, & being a home body.
But in all honesty, I don’t consider myself separate from business, mindset, fitness, or any of those things.
I feel like it’s all an extension of me & into me.
My business (clients, followers, listeners, readers, etc), my life, my friends, my relationship, my family are what mean the most to me.
I feel like social media has been an evolution of myself documented for the world to see and through all the blessings, hardships, growth pains, and rewards, not a day goes by where I don’t wake up smiling anymore.
I’m grateful. I’m healthy. I’m happy. I’m free.
All because I woke up one day and decided to love myself
And you can too
Many of my best self-love practices and principles were developed at the beginning stages of my journey and I’m going to be teaching them on my Free LIVE online self-love and body acceptance workshop February 17th at 5pm PST.
If you can’t make it, I’ll have the replay available for those who are registered. I hope to see you there! You can click below to register now!
Humans and flowers are a lot alike...most of us grow towards the light.
What do you need more of in order to grow?
What’s going to make your soil & environment the most nurturing?
Self-love is not just about giving ourselves what we want and need but it’s about seeing the things we don’t want to see and asking ourselves the tough questions
When we love ourselves we are naturally more inspired to move, fuel, think, and act in ways that serve us.
It’s not always about loving your skin, or your body, or other physical attributes when you look in the mirror
Most of that will come as a byproduct to you working through the things in your body, specifically in your head, that are holding you back from experiencing your truest potential
Self-love is the greatest catalyst
I’ve felt Inspired to teach some of my best coaching strategies for creating more self-love for yourself.
I’m hosting a free online self-love workshop on Sunday February 17th at 5pm PST to help you love yourself unconditionally and make peace with your body!

There will be a replay so if you can’t make it at that day and time don’t stress it!
