![]() When you don't do something that you set out to do, the only person you are cheating is your higher self. A lot of us have been led on to believe that the only person we cheat when we slack is ourselves but the truth is, it is actually the higher version of you that you are cheating. Clearly, you will not stay the same. It is impossible. You are either growing or dying; plain and simple. So every day you 'stay the same' you are really only holding yourself back from reaching your next best self and worst of all, you are moving away from your next level reality. Whether you want to up-level or not, you have to accept that standing in the same place your whole life is impossible as a human being. Every decision you make will either have a positive or negative impact on your life. It is up to you, everyday, to be mindful of the decisions you make and whether or not they are furthering your growth or limiting it. Want to achieve the results but feel 'stuck'? You probably are... YEP, in your OLD identity. If you want to embody a new life, new energy, new body, new relationships, new money, new ANYTHING then you must embody a NEW IDENTITY. You are energy. Energy emits a vibration. Vibration creates frequency. You have the power to choose the frequencies you attract in your life. The trick? The choice lies in thoughts, beliefs, actions, and genuine identity embodiment. Who do you need to become? What energy do you need create space for? What vibration is this energy emitting? Take a deep breath, close your eyes, imagine your higher self, bring your physiological state into a new order, affirm who you are "I am *insert next level identity you description here*" open your eyes, write this down, and take action from this HIGHER vibration to create a GREATER frequency and thus RESULTS. You are capable. Oh, and not to mention, you should own this new identity, considering, well, it is your new standard of being right ;) Xx

![]() How much water should you drink...? If you are: Slightly active: 3-8 oz cups of fluid per day (24-64 oz) Active: 8 or more cups of fluid per day (64+ oz) If exercise is prolonged and intense: Before exercise: at least 16 oz. During exercise: at least 4-8 oz every 15-20 min After exercise: at least 24 oz. If you feel thirsty you are on the verge of dehydration, so be sure to drink accordingly so you don't lose necessary fluids and electrolytes. Avoid fizzy or caffeinated drinks during exercise. The amount of water varies based on your size as well. Make sure to listen to your body throughout this process. I recommend to my clients that when looking to increase your water intake do so with 8-16 oz. per day or every other day (whatever feels better) Until you reach desired amount! NEVER STOP HYDRATING Was this helpful? Let me know what else you would like me to share in this space to help you on your journey <3 ALSO: On days where I struggle to drink water I use lemon or an all natural water enhancer (most on the market are filled with chemicals or artificial flavors so if you would like to me to point you in the right direction let me know). I also love drinking tea and lemon water. I have gotten in the habit of starting every morning with at least 32 ounces of lemon water before eating (helps with digestion and gut health and bloating etc) ![]() Since when did we forget that our emotions are MEANT to guide us.??? It is so funny how we have been conditioned as a society to discredit 'emotional' beings or states of mind yet we forget the true meaning and purpose of emotion. If emotion was meant to be ignored then we wouldn't have them. In fact, evolution (ya I am talking science) would have probably led us to rule out emotion as any helpful means for survival (just like our diets changed and our jaws got smaller and some of us now have to have our wisdom teeth removed). Our emotions are here to SERVE us, to GUIDE us, and to LEAD us in the right direction. Yet, so often we are told not to act on them. Granted, I don't believe acting on a negative emotion such as anger or fear can serve us well, I do believe we must act on our lighter, more loving feelings. In my mind, and experience, any and every decision we make is rooted in some sort of emotion and thus leads to a result or a reaction of similar emotion. Example; I started my fitness journey in loathe for myself and my body, so even though I saw AMAZING physical results I still wasn't happy or feeling any love for myself because my journey had started from a place of hate. You really do get out what you put in. But of course, you can CHANGE your OUTput by changing your INput. Your outer world always changes when your inner world does. I mean, we have all met or seen people who are happy as a clam even in situations which could literally rip someone else's heart out. Why? well sometimes they are crazy, but most of the times it is their perspective. Ice cream fall off the cone? No biggy, I didn't even want icecream No biggy, Maybe this was a sign from the universe this wouldn't taste any good. No biggy, the cone was leaking anyways. No biggy, my dog loves it. Everything really is about how we utilize our emotions and perspective in this world. The sad thing, which I am trying to highlight here, is that we have been so deceived by this horrible lie that emotions are 'bad' and being emotional is not a 'desirable' thing. This is unfortunate BECAUSE our emotions are literally our intuitive and instinctive state of mind which means, we kind of need them... I mean, major beauty in life is felt and experienced when major pain is felt and experienced (yikes, not that icky feeling again) If more people opened themselves up to FEEEEEL deeply on ALL levels, both in darkness and in light, imagine the ecstasy that could fill hearts worldwide...a pretty damn amazing amount. We run from emotions sometimes, especially negative ones, because we know they require some Getting through, going through, and gone through. We also deny ourselves of emotions, a lot of times positive ones, because we may not believe we are worth the celebration of them, may not want to seem overly excited, and might not want to upset others who have not experienced this or don't seem to ever. BUT THE KEY TO RECEIVING MORE POSITIVITY AND MORE RESULTS IS CELEBRATING THE POSITIVES AND THE RESULTS YOU HAVE WHEN THEY OCCUR. Example: If you want to feel better about your body, everytime you notice yourself loving on your body or complimenting yourself OWN IT, EMBRACE IT, and CELEBRATE IT. When we allow ourselves to be humans (I know, crazy thought), we allow ourselves to be free. Because at the end of the day, being human, really just means your soul resides in an amazing, powerful, strong, and emotional body and mind. I encourage you to adopt these mantras/affirmations into your life: I love my emotions My emotions love me I am better off when I trust and listen to my emotions. I am so happy and grateful to have such a strong intuition and sense of self. I am so happy and grateful to be able to accept and love both my darkness and my light. I trust and follow my intuition I allow myself to feel Feeling is Healing I am love and I am light My emotions guide me to make and take the most loving steps for myself every day no matter how powerfully low or powerfully high they are. --- So, remember, your emotions, are your little nudges from your gut and from your soul reminding you of the path you are on, encouraging you to stay the course. Listen to them. Trust them. Love them. Free them. XX <3 ![]() "WHY DOES THIS WORK MATTER TO YOU?" This week someone asked me this question and all I could think of was this... I support others in their personal journey of building more than just a body because it is my soul’s purpose and calling. I have to do this kind of work because it is needed in the world. The fitness industry my be rising but the sad truth is numbers for obesity, eating disorders, malnutrition, mental illnesses, and diseases are also on the rise. I always ask myself how this could be considering so many people rely on the fitness industry to guide them to their best selves and their best lifestyle but unfortunately the industry is not delivering anything but a vicious hand made cycle built on nothing but achieving short term physical results. I KNOW deep in my heart and soul that people go SO much deeper than surface level and I am on a mission to help others focus on emphasizing the importance of self-love, confidence, mindset, behavior change, wellbeing, and long term success strategies alongside the best nutrition and training plans. This work means showing others that you don’t have to be restricted, tied down, or belittled to be healthy, happy, confident, empowered, and free within your body. This work means reminding others of how truly powerful and capable they are of making loving choices for their body which houses their unique soul. This means everything to me. 💖💖💖 Want my free e-book, "Building More than Just a Body the 7 Step System to Aligning Inner Work with Physical Results"? Xx, Celeste Rains-Turk: Celestial_fit ![]() When it comes to life and LIVING, we need to make decisions that make us sweat a little, that make us commit more, and that make us take a step outside of our comfort zone. For so long I thought everything was about growing where you are but this didn't get me anywhere I wanted to be, in fact it got me a whole lot of nothing and a whole lot of nowhere. I never grew until I sweat a little. Until I jumped. Until I committed to myself. Until I felt a bit of a 'risk' Until my heart beat sped up. It's like finally telling someone you can't be there friend or have them in your life because they are too toxic for you. It's like the first dollar you make at a lemonade stand and the moment you have to spend it on something and can't decide which one you like best. It's like going into the doctor's office not knowing what to expect. Or the feeling you get from the x-rays processing and the silence in the confines of the white walls. It's the moment you have to choose between flights, cars, or any other travel. Or when you can only bring one friend, one person, or you only have one choice. It's like that day you have to take a test which could make or break you. Or the times when you don't know if you should go or not go. Or when you try a new workout in the gym. Or you say yes to a first date. It's the moments in life that make us hesitate that are the most powerful of them all. A lot of times, hesitation is seen as a negative thing. But the truth is, it is a reminder that your soul is speaking to you. Your soul knows what you need. And you soul is giving you an opportunity every day to take what you need and create a powerful decision from it. When we hesitate we are in the split second between doing what is right and doing what is not as right. When we hesitate we are living within the energy of 'maybes' Which is pretty damn beautiful. When we sweat, and our heart beats faster, and life throws an opportunity our way, it is a moment for us to grow. In that moment we are faced with a decision that will lead to change. Few, follow their gut, sadly. But those who do, find out shortly after that they had it within them all along. There is a moment of S T I L L N E S S Like the world stopped. Like the universe is holding you. Like the next breath you take will create MOTION again. And then, you are free. Not because you hesitated. But because of the moment which comes after the sweaty hands, the fast beating heart, and the weakness in your body. The moments you decide to trust your soul and know that everything is exactly as it should be. If we do not challenge ourselves, we do not change ourselves. If we do not do what makes us uncomfortable, we will never create more comfort. Life is like lifting weights. When we do resistance training, our muscles are breaking down and hormones are rushing through our body and our heart is pumping blood to keep us safe, alive, and breathing. (sound familiar?) Then, we come back stronger. Our muscle comes back with the ability to withstand more resistance. Our bones can support more resistance. And our minds know this and the process begins again. We must lift the weight to become stronger; life works the same way. in life, we will face resistance. We will face challenges. We will face discomfort. And we will face stress. But until we GO THROUGH the resistance, we cannot become stronger. So today, I challenge you to go through the resistance in your life. I challenge you to push yourself past your perceived breaking point. I challenge you to make that investment you have been considering. I challenge you to jump. But most of all, I challenge you to free yourself by pursuing your soul's loving, calming, and serving energy. For your soul always knows what is best for you. What do you need to go through, face, or act on to sweat a little? What do you know you need that is going to make you grow? What do you know you need to do but have been resisting and just need to JUMP on? DO THAT. Xx, Celeste Rains-Turk: Celestial_fit ![]() Picked flowers for myself yesterday and it got me thinking about just how readily available love is to us if we choose to see it and embrace it. When one considers the love they do or do not have it is usually based on the feeling of having love. I have learned that the more we can root ourselves in love then the more love we will harvest. You reap what you sow right? As we move through life, I know how easy it can be to lose sight of the love we truly have right in front of us. 8 INSIGHTS TO BRING MORE LOVE INTO YOUR LIFE: 1. I want you to go through life today recognizing all of the beauty and love there is both within you and around you. 2. Full heartedly embrace, accept, receive and acknowledge the love around you. 3. Show deep gratitude for its existence. The more you can receive it and feel grateful for it the more likely you are to attract more of it. 4. Love on yourself in a way which is fulfilling and genuine. No fake love. Real, raw, vulnerable, bare it all; LOVE 5. Love is a noun and a verb and sometimes even an adjective. Recognize that this means love can be found in all things. Love is... Love does... Love can be... 6. Take note of your initial response (or reaction) to the things happening around you. Recognize that anything and everything is a reflection of you. Because we define everything in our life and there are emotions associated with everything based on beliefs, past experiences, and even perception or conditioning. 7. As you recognize how you normally feel throughout your day and as you react to circumstances begin changing your state to be one of love and acceptance. This will give yourself and others permission to be love, have love, and give love. 8. The best thing you can do is fill yourself with love. The more love you have within then the more love you can radiate out into the world and thus the more love you can receive. So, if you take anything from this post, let it be that self-love is the root of all love and the more people who can love themselves first, then the better. We cannot expect change in our life if we do not first create change within ourselves. Next time you seek something outside of yourself, look within and create that fulfillment for yourself. The universe will take care of you and it will also take care of the rest. What is keeping you from loving yourself? Do you know how to? Do you want to? Why or why not? What can you love right now? How do you commit to receiving more love in your life from within and from the world? ❤❤❤❤❤ Xx, Celeste Rains-Turk Celeste Rains-Turk: Celestial_fit Building More Than Just a Body ![]() What if you opened yourself up to the belief that everything you need is within you? What if you could live a life where seeking fulfillment doesn't come from fixing an external problem but working through an inner blockage? What if the things in life which made you happiest were not aesthetic but instead soulful? What if the way you lived was 100% a reflection of you and your soul rather than the world, society, 'should believes', 'should do's', and 'needs' set forth by others and their limiting belief patterns? Imagine living life with such strong guidance from within that you always know and trust that you are capable of making the best decisions for yourself and your body? What would that be like? I was at this Online Coaching Seminar in New York a few months ago to give a speech. One man, who is a massive influencer in his online space and niche and shall not be named, went up to give his speech. Let me preface this by saying this is a man who has made a positive impact on lots of lives and has dominated online and really knows his marketing and he's not at all a bad guy. Anyways, He asked something along the lines of, "Who here believes in that mindset, manifesting, woo woo, spiritual, meditating, law of attraction bullshit?" (Clearly not his style which I had already known from his online community) I looked him in the eye and raised my hand high in pride even KNOWING he was going to try and shit all over the idea. I looked around the room and saw maybe 2 other hands about 1/4 way raised and nervous looking faces or faces of agreement with his statement. He looked at me and said something like: "I'll be making money and taking your clients in the meantime then" I laughed. Unphased by the remark or his approach but baffled at the same time. Lots of thoughts went through my head, I'll b and honest some were loving and some were not so loving but they all came from a positive space. Here were some: 1. You should've been in the room for my speech. (Just sayin--Believe your way to Badass would've really confronted you). 2. You can have those people anyways, my type of people love the inner work and recognize it's importance in achieving the most fulfilling success. I trust and know mine will come. I don't need to push or be in pain to attract them. 3. Why didn't any of these other future 'million dollar' coaches raise their hand? lol 4. Why is this triggering me so much? 5. I respect everything he's created, the changes he has made, and I KNOW deep down that INTERNAL work was done by him to get there whether or not he will admit it or call it like it is. WHY? Because he's a soul. Just like you and me. And souls reside WITHIN to radiate OUT, its the way it works. But wait, Let's set some things straight: A. It's not 'woo woo' to listen, feed, and understand the voice inside of you. It's actually quite normal. B. In order to get others meaningful results that stem from within vs from external factors, you must do the work for yourself first. C. Mindset work isn't a chore. You have a mind. Your mind creates your thoughts and beliefs and choices so you may as well work it to be the best it can be. D. However you slice it, you always get out what you put in, so call it a bullshit law or call it energy and frequency, I don't really care, it's just a matter of your beliefs. E. There are successful people who do extensive internal work and those who do not. No one is better than anyone. We all just chose a different path. But inner work is not fake or unreal it's science. F. Psychology-nuff said. NOW, let's consider this. The fact that I was practically 'alone' in this whole responding to the question thing is a PROBLEM. I see it like this. In a room full of fitness coaches who don't raise their hand for mindset work, THERE IS A PROBLEM. This is what's wrong with the industry. Diet. Exercise. Corrective movements. Programming. NONE OF THIS IS ENOUGH. It's about Building More Than Just a Body Physical results will never be fulfilling to someone who seeks internal growth. External factors are NOT what have caused the person to become the way they are. In fact, it's not what they are but how they feel about who they are. It's the inner work that creates the physical result. Deep levels of releasing and soul cleansing are required. Belief shifts and consciousness raising are required. With inner work comes empowerment to make the BEST decisions for yourself that come from a deep sense of knowing, trusting, honoring, and loving for your soul and the vehicle in which it carries you. So instead of being reliant on what you 'should' do or someone tells you to do, you are then already capable of tapping into the knowledge you ALREADY have within you that just needs to be REMEMBERED and you can move through life with ease and a feeling of freedom versus well control, restraint, mistrust, and confusion. Oh and incase you haven't yet, ALWAYS stand up for what you believe in, REGARDLESS of who is asking you, challenging you, or making a point to belittle you for it. Your souls purpose and message is not meant to be hidden. So if you believe in something you either believe 100% or none at all. I'd die for my message. I do WHATEVER IT TAKES to make sure that people start Building More than Just a body by focusing on aligning the inner work with the physical results by emphasizing the importance of mindset, self-love, confidence, behavior, and wellbeing allllllll supported with proper training and nutrition. And I enjoy every single day of it. Let's be real. Building an empire online is not a 12 hour a week gig with small things to do and/or manage. It's 24/7 with everything you can imagine to do and more and I fuckin love it. Working 3 jobs is not a task. It's a blessing. I love everything I do. Yes. -Is it right to say I'm committed to personal growth and development? Yes. -Is it right to say I have my shit together? For the most part, yes ;). But I'm not here to sugar coat this for you. I'm also very sensitive. I feel deeply. Not only within myself but for others. Is it right to say I struggle? Absolutely. I was interviewed the other day as an expert guest for an amazing woman's membership site. She asked me about some of the struggles. I was interviewed before that by an amazing marketing strategist and he also asked me the same thing. So I figure it must need to be shared. -I cry. A lot. -I beat myself up sometimes. -I am my worst critic (not to say I'm not my best encourager though) -I am by no means a perfect girlfriend. -I experience shame, guilt, and fear. -I sometimes feel like I don't do enough. -I sometimes feel like I'm being used or taken advantage of. -I sometimes feel lonely since I don't have a ton of friends. (The ones I do have are frikkin kick ass tho--this came as a result of me calling in the right people and doing the inner work) -I feel like a failure sometimes. -My depression and anxiety didn't disappear. It resurfaces and reminds me to feel. -Sometimes I feel numb to emotion. -Sometimes I feel regret for being so consumed in work and passion that I am not present in the moment. -I have had days where all I wanna do is sleep. -I have had days where I can't lift as heavy. -I have had days where cardio actually seems like a death sentence. -I've had days where I didn't believe fully. -I have days where I don't show myself the love and appreciation I deserve. I've felt it all. Trust me. Again, the list goes on. It is not hard to pursue my passion. In fact, it's freeing and empowering. This whole life thing is an emotional journey of lessons learned and ascending through our souls purpose and aligning within ourselves daily. I recognize that without feeling and acknowledging the things I go through I cannot help others go through it and come out on the other side. The depth of which I take time to heal myself now I can then guide others through their healing. While my life is amazing and fulfilling there is always room to grow. We are meant to go through the darkness (and love it) to come out with light and love. I make mistakes. I feel stress. I have questions and doubts. The difference between me getting things done and making a massive impact on this world or crumbling under the weight of it is recognizing that our 'problems' are actually weightless and we are the only ones who determine what weight they hold. Every aspect of our being, good and bad, is meant to be loved, appreciated, embraced, and adored. We are meant to endure so we can empower. I go through life knowing everything is exactly as it should be and I am exactly where I need to be. I choose everything in my life. So can you. We do not seek perfection when we believe, truly believe, that everything, as it is right now, is perfect. I love you. I see you. I feel you. I understand you. I support you. I stand with you. We are in this together. Let's raise our consciousness collectively and create a life full of freedom, empowerment, service, and love. What do you endure everyday? What makes you a badass? What do you commit to in your growth as a soul? I want to hear your story. I'm here for you. 💖💖💖💖💖 |
