I write a new blog almost daily! Feel free to comment, share, and connect with me! I love hearing from my readers!
Only 3 hours ago I was curled up in a ball on the couch crying...
I was just feeling all the feels.
You know the ones that sometimes come out of no where.
I'd be lying if I said I haven't been riding a rollercoaster of emotions the past week or so.
My energy levels have been all over the place which I can equate to my weird sleeping patterns, intense workouts, and non stop school work.
Today it hit me.
Mind you I've been listening to my body still. Taking naps, going outside to just be, sitting and doing nothing, getting sucked into viral videos, avoiding social media, doing what feels good for me in the moment.
I hadn't taken the opportunity to just feeeeel.
I was masking really well but feeling I was not.
So I allowed myself to curl up into a ball and cry on the couch because I am human.
Then I evaluated myself and what I needed.
It was like I wanted to go to the gym to get my workout over with but I didn't want to go because I was still sore from my last leg day and it seemed neverending.
But I was hungry and going to the gym started sounding better and better as I imagined how good it'd feel to be done earlier than usual (usually I go to workout late at night) and come home to shower and get a nice restful evening.
So I ate my meal, got dressed (this was hard because pjs were my comfort at this moment), and drove myself to the gym.
When I got there I was foam rolling and felt every bruise on my body, every sore muscle, tight muscle, hurting joint, and fatigued body.
Once I started though, things started looking up.
Despite feeling like I might die in my workout there is always something super empowering about putting that work in and showing up for myself 100%.
I acknowledged myself for still pushing myself, challenging my limits, and doing the work.
What's even better is with every superset knocked out my mood began going up even though my body was definitely breaking limits.
Before I knew it it was already time for cardio. Only 10 minutes today!!
I frikkin went all in. Despite almost feeling like my legs were gunna give out, I smashed it.
My energy was higher, for the first time in a long time, my mood went up, it was like I could feel the endorphins pumping through me.
I even sang on the way home which was totally not my vibe on the way there.
I got home and filmed an absolutely KILLER video for my membership site members about releasing subconscious fears that could be holding them back from achieving their goals without them even knowing it.
I hopped in the shower and felt so refreshed.
I filled myself up with love. And for the first time, felt even more inspired to write a blog post. It's been too long. I'm committed to showing up 100% in everything I do and my creative energy hadn't been flowing the way it normally does but now it is and I felt compelled to write this post.
And I share this with you today, right now, because I want you to know that even if you don't think you can show up for yourself 100% on even your worst days, you absofrikkinloutely can. And when you do, you'll feel fulfilled and empowered by your commitment to yourself, your goals, and your growth.
Focus on Building More Than Just a Body and everything will fall into place. I promise.
Ps. I decided that If you want access to the video I mentioned I filmed about fear holding you back subconsciously from achieving your goals then just click here: https://celeste-rainsturk.clickfunnels.com/bmtjab-official-site-homepage 🤗
Normally I don't post stuff like this but I was tagged by followers who I didn't know and actually realized how even though I share SO much of my life, there's a lot of random things you guys don't know about me.
So here are 15 random things you probably didn't know about me:
1. I have been more places outside of the United States than inside.
2. I used to have a YouTube Channel for interior design and organizing from 8years old to about 11 or 12 because I used to want to do that for a living so I had my own business with 2 faithful customers - my parents lol.
3. I almost got kicked out of pre-k for biting kids and got in trouble in early elementary for being bossy.
4. I have a blue belt in ju jitsu and train weekly bc it's my fun hobby that pushes my limits.
5. I used to collect nesting dolls and coins.
6. I committed to play volleyball in college and dropped the summer of my last club volleyball season because I realized my heart was only in fitness and creating changes in others lives at this point that I couldn't do it anymore.
7. I could literally stare at the stars all night and never get tired of it.
8. I love art and specifically love pencil sketching.
9. I don't enjoy school or the education system yet I have this drive to get A's (even in classes unrelated to my major) anyways.
10. I switched from a Dietetics major to a Psychology major and plan to get different holistic nutrition and healing certs.
11. Despite how outgoing and willing to open up I am, I really can't stand large social gatherings and shy away from meeting new people or interacting with people a ton. I prefer to stay in.
12. I have to live near mountains for my sanity.
13. I can't stand the party scene especially not with people drinking, smoking, etc. it annoys me.
14. I told jokes for a talent show with a friend once.
15. Even though I'm all about healthy living I will admit my fav foods are actually mac n cheese, pizza, cookies, and chocolate (hmu after my show if you wanna donate some yumms to me).
Which one surprised you the most? Comment below ⬇️😂❤️
3 things you can do today to begin eating more intuitively:
1. Get rid of any and all things diets. Fads? Restriction? Books? Rules? Trash them all.
2. Consider your beliefs about food. Are they actually YOUR beliefs or did they come from someone or something else? Maybe a friend, magazine, t.v show, book, or crazy person? 😉
3. Connect with your body.
In order to listen to your intuition you need to be able to hear it.
If you've been disconnected from your body for most of your life, it could take some effort to reconnect.
There are many ways you can begin this process but let's do this first;
Try taking 3 deep belly breaths and set the intention that "I connect with my body on the deepest of levels and know what she needs, when she needs it, and why she needs it".
If you read this far, I gotta ask,
Are you struggling with emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, or living/eating intuitively while still trying to reach your healthiest, fittest, and best body goals?
Do you feel like you just haaaaveee to diet and limit your food intake and put yourself through hell to get the body you want?
If you are, then keep reading because I might have something cool for you.
I am looking for 3 more people who would like to bust through limiting beliefs, find food freedom, create a healthy lifestyle that feeeeels right, and connect with their body on a deep level.
If that's you, I want to open up the opportunity to spend 4, 6, 8, 12, or 24 weeks with me to achieve these goals.
How it works:
-1 call per week (30-60min)
-Action Steps given to you each week after the call to move you forward in your journey and progressing between each call. (This can include healing activities, journaling prompts, breathing rituals, affirmation creations, nutritional choices/guidance, body loving, self-care, meditations, and soooo much more)
-Daily access to me via text, messenger, and/or email for accountability, support, or Q&A.
This is for you if;
-you are tired of feeling trapped in your own body/skin
-you can't stand the ups and downs of your body composition
-you don't like the restriction that fad diets bring
-thinking about having to live by a rule book anymore makes you sick to your stomach
-you truly believe it is possible to achieve your goals without the crazy restriction, yoyo dieting, ridiculous rules, etc.
-you see the value in investing time, energy, effort, and money in yourself for life changing results that you can sustain and know will work for you.
This is not for you if:
-you are not willing to do anything which involves going within and shining some light on some very dark places.
-you don't think your eating habits have anything to do with what's going on inside your mind, heart, and soul.
-you find the thought of living with freedom around food repulsive and you'd rather have restriction and binge days.
-investing in yourself is scary, not worth it, and makes you feel selfish.
Seems like you're a good fit?

[Fall More in Love with Yourself in 10 Minutes a Day]
Use this powerful exercise to fall more in love with your body and yourself in under 10 minutes
I want to share a quick and powerful tool you can use every day to fall more in love with yourself and your body daily.
Your body is so much more than a shape, size, color, or build.
Your body is a miracle machine that supports you in everything you do, even if you neglect it it will work tirelessly to support your survival on this planet.
Your body deserves to be treated with love and recognized for everything it does for you.
Unfortunately, so many people equate body love to the shape of their body which just isn't the whole picture.
I want you to feel love for your body for everything it does, is, and embodies.
When we can truly love ourselves and embrace ourselves, the possibilities are ENDLESS as we move through the world with more love and gratitude in our hearts to radiate out onto others.
The exercise I am sharing with you today is really simple and usually takes 10 minutes or less depending on the depth of which you take it, though you are not limited to just 10 minutes and should do it for as long as you like.
Now, I recommend setting aside some quiet alone time for yourself the first time you do this as it can become emotional, though once you go through it a couple times, it becomes second nature and you can even tap into this energetically throughout the day (I will explain this later, just focus on the exercise for now).
This is a step by step process I take myself through and have taken my clients and members through that I just really felt called to share with the world today, so here it is;
STEP 1: Get Comfortable and Relax (I like to lay down but whatever feels good for you is perfect)
STEP 2: Close Your Eyes
STEP 3: Take 3 Deep Belly Breaths with Slow Exhalations (You can even place your hand on your heart if you like)
STEP 4: Go through each body part, yep, from your toes allllll the way up to the hairs on your head and recognize at least one thing you love about them.
STEP 5: Conclude the exercise with a self-hug or some sort of anchor of positivity, even an arm squeeze will do while saying;
"I love you body for all that you do for me. I love you for keeping me safe and giving me the opportunity to experience physical life as a unique and beautiful soul. I love you for providing for me each day as the miracle you are. I love you" Or whatever feels right for you.
STEP 6: Slowly wiggle each body part and take some quicker deep breaths to reawaken yourself.
Once you become more used to this, you can really use it anywhere you go or anytime you feel yourself hating on your body you can replace that loathe with love and move on.
Maybe while shopping, or eating, or looking in the mirror, or scrolling on social media, or in line at the store, you can practice this ANYTIME, ALL the time! It really can just become a daily thought pattern for you.
I decided I would put together some affirmations for most body parts that you could use to support you in this too.
Feel free to print this out for your meditation and add to it with what feels good for you. (You can also email me back and I can send you this as a word doc or PDF too).
I highly recommend you connect with yourself BEFORE using these but this could give you some ideas as to how to go about this.
-Toes, I love you for keeping me balanced as I walk and move through my day.
-Feet, I love you for giving me a strong base to hold my body.
-Legs, I love you for staying strong with me all day and allowing me to sit, stand, walk, run, and move with more ease.
-Butt, I love you for giving me such a comfortable place to sit.
-Stomach, I love you for digesting my foods and processing what I need so I can have the energy necessary to face every moment of my day.
-Chest, I love you for protecting my heart and lungs so well so that I can feel protected and safe in my adventures.
-Arms, I love you for the strength you give me to carry the things I need and love, hug people around me, and reach out to those in need.
-Hands, I love you for feeding me, holding what I need, and always giving me something to do. Shoulders, I love you for allowing me to reach up and over my head.
-Back, I love you for giving me the ability to sense everything deeply, carry things, and stand tall with confidence.
-Head, I love you for holding my brain and providing me with functioning eyes to see, mouth to eat, ears to hear, nose to smell, and hair to keep me warm.)
I know there is a reason I felt called to share this today and I hope you have found it helpful.
Are you going to try it? Let me know!
