Can you believe it?!
It's almost OCTOBER
October means we are nearly done with the year. And I mean done. Like 2017 is arriving, type of done.
October to November, November to December, December to January
Then it's a new year. Another one.
I know I am not just speaking for myself when I say I have a LOT In store for the rest of this year. A lot of amazing things are happening that I am so excited about.
But something makes me a little sad to know.
There are a LOT of people who are more than likely, STRESSED about the holidays. Not because of the beauty, fun, and feelings of love and unity but because of food.
Why does this make me sad?
Because food should NOT be what hinders you from feeling like the AMAZING person you are who is capable of accomplishing BIG things.
You should be able to enjoy EVERY aspect of the holidays without feeling like you have to avoid everything, kill yourself in the gym, and hate on your body and force yourself into jeans or hide under baggy sweats (okay I'll admit I wear sweats constantly and would recommend it to anyone and everyone but only bc they are my fashion of choice NOT bc I am hiding)
Anyways, my point is, this holiday should be different for you. Some of you may have smashed your New Years goals or your 'summer bod' and are ready to now take it up a notch, and others of you may have fallen off, ran in circles, or cursed the sky because 'nothing is working'.
Well let me tell you,
You deserve to see things work...
You deserve to feel awesome about what you do for your body and with it...
You deserve to be confident and comfortable for not only the rest of this year, but for the rest of your life.
But ultimately, you are also the ONLY person who decides what you deserve, what you are worthy of, and wha you are capable of... (This is one of the most beautiful responsibilities to take full advantage of)
I believe everyone deserves to build more than just a body and feel the power of their being illuminate strength and light and love out into the world and reflect through their body as well.
I believe it comes from aligning inner work with the physical results, something new, something real, something which connects your body to YOU not to an image or some sort of standard but still leads to your ideal shape and aesthetics.
