If you are ready to kick it into high gear and make your goals your reality, then you need to read this
A lot of us can get sooo caught up in all the things we want to accomplish, start, or do that we forget what the whole point of it was in the first place.
Most goals are set with the intention of making our life easier, more enjoyable, peaceful, or fulfilling, but then we go head first into a pool of goals only to belly flop in the realization that they are stressing us out more than anything.
Sure, the first few days, or even weeks are like frikkin fire in your belly, but then we get a bit overwhelmed.
You know that feeling; like you can't actuallly handle this, you can't possibly add another thing onto your plate, or you are just wayyyy confused with where to start!
So, Why do we get overwhelmed?
Overwhelm is a sign of an identity disconnect. It basically is a great signal to us that we have some more work to do.
Until we clear out our old identity, at least the parts that don't serve us in accomplishing the goals we have set to make habits, then we just have a ton of space in our mind being occupied by an old version of ourselves thoughts, actions, and beliefs running the show.
So, what do we need to do when we feel overwhelmed?
Clear the limiting beliefs, clear the old patterns of thoughts and behaviors, clear the things, the clutter, the negativity.
CHOOSE a NEW VERSION
Rewrite the stories, the thoughts, the beliefs, the conditioning, the failures, the upsets, and choose to step into a newer, more improved version of yourself who you can hand the keys over to and tell her to start driving!
If you do belly flop, or get scared that you might be about to, take a deep breath, get back up on the diving board, and learn from your previous self. Every moment you live, you are a moment wiser, use that to your advantage!
People do not fail to achieve as much as they fail to rewire what they believe.
The mind determines your success before your actions do.
Regardless, action is necessary. But action without positive momentum or force is just the same old actions you could have taken yesterday.
The only way your results can be different is if your mind has changed your actions and your actions have changed your mind.
I have some things for you to ask yourself that will really help you out in setting yourself up for your success IF you choose to implement them.

What will you remember about 2018 in 10 years from now?
So many amazing things happened (and not so amazing things) but I’m going to focus on all the incredibleness right now!
I did a lot of reflecting and found out that i actually have way more to be happy and proud of myself for than I thought!😍
Here are some of the best moments, not in order:
✨Launched my podcast, Confessions of a Bikini Pro
✨Quit my day job to be full time in my biz
✨Competed in 4 bikini competitions (2 in feb, July, September) all with top 5 finishes & qualified for nationals (but I’m nowhere near ready for it yet—lots of growing & healing to do)
✨Spent a day with my friend in the mountains and forest
✨Bought my first car! A brand new 2018 Dodge Challenger!
✨Found my niche finally and lost my program for bikini competitors struggling with the post show blues
✨Working closer with Ingrid DiScuillo Romero for Team EDGE And Edge Supps plus getting to rock Ingrid Romero Bikinis On stage and do amazing charity work
✨Worked at the Olympia with Hydration Junkie
✨Had my first $5k+ income month
✨Committed to a new daily ritual and got back on track after feeling meh and mentally lost in beginning of year
✨Started new wellness and self love habits
✨Hired a trainer for mobility & functional work (yes, even trainers can benefit from trainers!)
✨Worked with some amazing people both as clients and through networks or events and was featured on amazing podcasts and platforms
✨Grew closer to so many of my amazing friends
✨AND SERIOUSLY SO MUCH MORE😭😍

⚡️THE POWER OF ONE DAY⚡️
This morning I woke up and jumped out of bed because Sunday’s are some of my most productive days!
➡️I get to create content for clients and do other client check-ins & 1:1 programming
➡️I meal prep more
➡️I get chores done
➡️I set goals and get super excited for the week
➡️I just Knock out lots of stuff! I could go on!
But this morning I woke up with a special fire because it’s not only the mark of a new week but it’s also;
The last day of a month
And the last weekend before a new year!
All of which makes for a totally lethal combination!👊🏼👊🏼
Beginning to tally things up for the year, clearing out drawers and old energies, conducting follow ups, setting new goals for the year, quarters, months, weeks, and days, and just setting myself up for massive kickassery😼
As well as basking in the celebrating I’ve been doing through reflection of all the awesomeness that manifested of the year of course!!🥰
Celebratory energy is energy rooted in gratitude which makes for POWERFUL result making energy!💡💡
I will be honest though, I can’t bear to do totals or full on reflections until the last day of the month is done
There is so much power in ONE DAY and I am always super optimistic, hopeful, and I truly believe amazing things are always happening through me and for me!🥳
Therefore, I refuse to act as though this year is done yet.
I still have today and tomorrow to frikkin make shit happen.
A lot can happen in 48 hours. A lot can happen in 24 hours! Even in 1 hour or a minute!
It’s not over till it’s over...
I will share my year end reflections tomorrow 😉

Goals are AMAZING and I’m a HUGE advocate for goal setting.
I don’t necessarily believe in waiting on goals. Usually I have an idea and think I should’ve had it done yesterday (lol)
HOWEVER, I am a believer in new beginnings, like a new year, being a great time to become more intentional.
Yes, time is created and it’s dates on a calendar.
But when you look back on your life, you’ll want to know you made the most of your time here!
In fact, every time I make a to-do list I feel like I’m accomplishing all the mini goals that will bring me closer to the big kahuna!
That’s why I want you to get it right...
I really believe these are the missing pieces to crushing new goals!

Don’t judge yourself on how much you eat every day compared to someone else.
Different daily activities
They have their own story and you have yours, It’s important to stay true to yours.
Honor yourself by allowing your needs to be a priority regardless of how it stacks up with others.
The comparison, doubt, and shame game just isn’t conducive to your growth.
Find what you need, what works, and what you enjoy and roll with it.
If you don’t know where to start, hire a coach who can help you.
But absolutely, do not, by any means, just follow what the people you see online, or the article on google said is best.

Can’t even express how much happier, positive, driven, & amped up I’ve been lately!!!
All since trusting my gut and honoring myself by reclaiming the process of improving my own hormonal health.
I really can’t imagine how I would have felt if I took the birth control pill for more than the month that I was on it...
I’m dancing around again, coming up with new ideas every day, and feel like I’m in constant flow again.
I’m back to wanting to wake up extra early to get tomorrow started & avoiding going to sleep as though it will stop the day from ending.
I am totally feeling like myself again.
While my mental health is still a conscious choice every day;
It’s no longer some heavy ass struggle that no matter what I did I couldn’t mend it because of some synthetic pill.
It’s now just a darkness that sometimes shows up to remind me how frikkin bright I am otherwise.
I am truly feeling ALIVE.
I’m not sure if many women ever experience such negative side effects in such a short time period but as mentioned in previous posts it can be scary!
I’m also gettin post pill acne like nutsos but it’s ok bc I am ok now!!!
I’ll take acne over inexplicable degrading mental health / thought patterns that haven’t been present since transforming my mindset & committing to personal development work a few years ago...
If you’re consuming toxicity whether that’s through food, a pill, social media, news, music, or the people & conversations around you...
This is my lil love nudge to you that;
IT IS OKAY TO CUT THAT SHIT OUT OF YOUR LIFE AND DO WHAT YOU KNOW IN YOUR DEEPEST DEPTHS OF YOUR BODY AND SOUL IS RIGHT FOR YOU!
*regardless of what people who do not live in your vessel say about it*
Before doing extra cardio today or going crazy with restriction or super intense workouts...
Studies show that people who do 60+ min of cardio end up being hungrier and end up eating more than those who do less (so, what’s the point?!)
Anddddd before trying to “burn everything off” be mindful that behavior like that can lead to more harmful eating disorders or negative relationships with food.
Soooo just drink your water and get back to your regular scheduled programming or slowly ease into some improved lifestyle choices while of course still living and loving your life!

In a world full of people telling you how to eat, I challenge you to listen to your body.
The holidays are an excellent time to practice tapping into your intuition and learn how to trust your body.
Of course, we must be mindful of our own human emotions, patterns, and even errors but if we really tune in, we can get the answers we are not only looking for but need!
I am especially inclined to share this message now because even though someone might be tracking their cookies, someone might be free for alling it, and someone else might be avoiding all of it all together...
It doesn’t make anyone “right” or “wrong” it just is the journey they are on now.
With respect and consideration to some more serious cases like those of eating disorders or unconscious perpetuation/promotion of them...
it is important to always check your intention, connect to your body, and honor the experience of eating as a whole.
Let that mean what it means for you but in a time of great joy and love, remember to find joy and love within yourself too❤️

We need to spend more time creating ourselves than we do on comparing ourselves
We are meant to create new things, ways, and ideas.
Imagine if we all tried doing the same thing, the same way.
We wouldn’t learn very much!
You are special, your journey is special, and your life is special.
Why take that away by looking through the narrow lense of social media, books, tv, magazines, or whatever else we consume daily?
What if the person who proposed the earth was round had gone to a space convention & suddenly thought:
“maybe these guys are right...maybe it really is flat”
and then submitted to the status quo and never found out the earth was round?!
We’d all still be afraid of walking off the end of the earth😅
So what if the thing you’ve been gifted with, you’re going through, trying, thinking about, or struggling with actually serves a purpose WAYYYY beyond what you could ever imagine?
You’ll never know if you spend more time comparing, judging, and being upset with yourself than you do creating it, learning from it, and choosing to stick to it!
Comparison is meant to be used for finding similarities and differences, not for starting a war within us that tears ourselves apart and makes us question every move we make.

Control vs Influence
What are you really In control of?
There is a huge difference between what we can control and what we can influence.
Many of us seek control in places that we have none so when we realize we don’t have as much as we thought, we try to over control other areas.
This is why kids who learn how to speak or go to the bathroom stop telling adults or talking to them because it’s the one thing they can control in their life.
There’s very few things we actually have full control of but there are SO many things in life that we have the power to INFLUENCE
This was a huge part of the workshop this week in my 8 week post-show personal development program.
After a show, competitors tend to feel lost, out of control, or like they have no more direction.
So then we start trying to find our next show, do a mini cut, restrict or earn things rather than just being comfortable with what our new path requires...
I challenge you to consider things in your life that you try to control but really can only influence.
You may be surprised 😉
