Backstage Bonding

This show was so small that I think I actually got to talk to the majority of the women who competed at least in some way even if only for a moment backstage.

Everyone was so supportive and uplifting of one another and it was so amazing to witness these athletes walking on and off stage fulfilling their goals!

It feels so good to connect so genuinely with amazing women in this sport.

I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to meet up with @whits72 and @dawsonflexiblefitness and

soooo happy to reconnect with @sherrypie who I met at the event @glamgirlbikini and I hosted in Arizona! It felt like a full circle moment to see sherry not only hit the stage but sweep the show!

I am grateful to have also chatted with @livinluvlee415 and @sami.g.fit :) you both are amazing and I hope to see you in the circuit again soon❤️🤗

If you have the chance to talk to the other women in this sport at your shows definitely take the time to do so!! It feels really good to know there are others who “get” this sport and are just as “crazy” (driven) as you!🙌🏻🙌🏻
