✨Recognize yourself for all that you were today and all that you’re becoming
✨Release any thoughts or dormant emotions from the day that are not supporting you in moving forward.
✨Make peace with rest and know you not only deserve it but need it to thrive!
✨Connect with your body and notice where you are holding tension, consciously relax these areas of the body and pay close attention to what tightens again (face, neck, eyes?)
✨Take deep breaths into the belly, and the chest as well, then exhale longer than the inhale picturing negative energy leaving your body!
✨Set intentions for sleep or next day (Ex:”everytime I go to sleep my muscles recover more, my mind resets, and new ideas flow to me so I can give/Share more to the world tomorrow!)
✨Put on a meditation for deep sleep if you struggle to fall asleep or just remind yourself that it is safe and ideal to rest and you are ready to get the sleep you need for your body to continue housing your soul wonderfully
