Macro counting can be great! Meal plans can be great! Intuitive eating can be great! What determines the greatness is not the plan itself but the execution and intention

And so often, it’s not about the food!
The fact that it doesn’t matter if you follow macros or a meal plan you can still have a difficult time with food Is more proof of that
