Being on a journey of constant transformation can be challenging especially when your goal is to beat your old best self.
One of the most important things you can do for yourself when you see your body change (even if it's just Day to day changes like bloating) is embrace your body and fuel her with love and gratitude by acknowledging what she does for you and taking pride in how far you've come, even if you haven't achieved your goal yet.
This is a lifestyle, no use in hating on yourself for 99% of it while holding out for the 'best' of it.
One of my goals is to be able to do this and see abs everywhere but I was still obviously excited to love on my tummy for all the progress I've made and work I've put in.
Trust and ENJOY the process, you will get there, might as well make your goal to love every step of it. 💜
