Entering Improvement Season with Confidence

What could be better than walking off stage proud and prepared to honor your body?

The days of binging post-show or trying to get all the food in or fixating on what will be eaten need to be long gone!

For @kswisschic she was able to do this for herself and shared this story with us this past week

It didn’t come just by having an improvement season and hoping for the best in her prep

She put the work in on her mindset and relationship with food and her body

Her dedicated efforts to transform her relationship with food and maintenance of those efforts and her #continuedawareness allowed her to have this experience after her competition

You cannot expect new experiences like this if you do not put in the work to change the pathways, beliefs, and behaviors that led to the behavior in the first place
