Before Arianna decided to transition from bikini to figure she took 18 months off to prepare. She hadn't realized the new level of demand she would need to place on her body and mind. When she entered figure, her diet was harder for her with more restrictive dieting and a more intense program to help her develop a leaner physique.
She had been struggling with her diet adherence for awhile and realized she had a problem when her eating got out of hand with binging all the time and nonstop thinking about food. She couldn't think about anything except for when her next meal would be, if she would be able to stay on track, and how she would make up for it if she didn't. Arianna started feeling like a failure to herself, her coach, and her own expectations. One day she decided to reach out to me, after following me for a long time. She realized she needed help after trying a million things to work through this and saw my program as a last resort. Arianna even admits in this video that she didn't think the program would really help her and when she saw it she was skeptical. Arianna never thought she would overcome her unhealthy relationship with food. Now she can stop eating when she is full, she has ended the restrictive mindset that would keep her stuck in, "tomorrow I will get back on plan so I have to eat everything now!!" which has allowed her to achieve her goal of eating something off plan without it turning into an all out binge fest. She used to not be able to have an oreo cookie without eating the whole pack. Now, with a healthier relationship with food she is able to even just have half an oreo. Arianna talks about her experience working with me and the approach I take in digging for information, asking questions, and getting to the core of the situation, pulling out the details from my clients, like her, to analyze and put in perspective. Arianna shares how everything we did helped her to move forward because, rather than ignore the issue, we look it right in the face and deal with it. She shares why she would recommend the program to anyone, regardless of their relationship with food, how many times they've competed, what level they're at in competing or how 'good' of a dieter they are. Arianna expresses that things can come up throughout your life that causes your head to get caught up whether it is with food, or a negative body image causing you to stress about gaining weight, especially post show. She says, "She [Celeste] has helped me in more ways than I ever thought anybody could help me, i am at a point where i am really happy I'm not food obsessed if i want to eat something i eat it i still stick to my macros but in a healthy mindful way rather than an obsessive way and i highly recommend this to anyone...". Arianna also talks about her fears going into quarantine or being home all day around food. She used to not be able to be at home on her days off. Now she can stay home all day without worrying about food at all. She talks about her current approach to nutrition and how this program has impacted her ability to go about her day without obsessing over food all day. Instead of snacking all day, eating non-stop, "shoving as many things in a split second" she can now be happy, and at peace with food totally fine when home all day which she never thought was possible until it became her reality.
