Zoodles-zucchini noodles with some pasta sauce are a new go to for me. I eat veggies with every meal, usually green veggies, and like to mix it up. I found that zoodles are not only easy and quick to make but very yummy and filling. Grab a zucchini and a spiralizer (doesn't have to be a fancy one) and Eat up! Soup-Ever thought about blending some rich tasting veggies into a soup? You don't need the cream or milk or butter. All you need are the veggies and water, mmm. I like spinach and asparagus the best! Shred some pieces of your zucchini or carrots into your oats and watch how the batch expands from a ½ cup cooked serving to ¾ cup, that'll help you feel fuller too!
