Little update for you; I have finished my reverse phase of programming which I did on my own from my competition prep plans starting from 3 weeks out and working back to about 14 or 15 weeks out plan and I have been able to maintain my weight around 130-132 (about 10 pounds up from stage weight) w/ some more food and a bit less cardio.
I’ve been working my butt off day in and day out through this VERY short ‘off prep’ time and have been focused on staying conditioned and have really made the intense training from prep my new normal so I can push my own limits.
Now I’m about 12 weeks out from my next @musclecontest show in Redondo Beach on February 2 and then probably going to do a back to back show with that one and their Vegas show so I started ‘re reversing’ so to speak which means I’m just going back through my prep plans again now I’m forward motion to ‘lean out’ more.
I’ll be sending my @teamedge1 coaches progress photos this Friday so they can start coaching me through prep again starting the 20th of this month.
I’m really excited to beat this girl in the picture but even more excited to see how I can grow mentally and emotionally again.
I know I’m going to be pushed and challenged but I also know I am capable and when I commit I’m all in.
I can’t wait to start this journey up again and take you with me.! #happyhumpday
