When do you feel most engaged and present? What are you doing or focused on? (This gives great insight into your passion & purpose!)

Mini update: still growing, improving in more ways than one right now, new training & nutrition approaches to support my body in capitalizing on my improvement season

I’ll share more about the program changes in the future but for now I’m just enjoying it for the way it’s challenging and engaging me to be a better, more connected, higher functioning athlete
