![]() Some days you just require a little more grace and that’s OKAY You may not feel like showing up every day but when you first acknowledge that you’re allowed to feel that way then you can begin moving through it The worst thing we can do for ourselves is beat ourselves up for having emotions Feeling = healing Emotion = energy in motion Let it flow, so it doesn’t stagnate and get stuck somewhere in your body or show up in other areas of your life I shared about how I was feeling this morning on an IG live today (celestial_fit) Tbh, I was just so overwhelmed Which I RARELY ever feel since I thrive off of having something to do all the time & I love everything I do But I know that overwhelm is an identity disconnect so I started by reconnecting to who I AM and who I need to BE in order for this to pass I also expressed my feelings, getting them out of my system so they don’t feel like some weird thing I have to hide like an anomaly—we all feel lol Then realized how much practicing gratitude daily and being present in the awesomeness of each day and each month helps me Because as soon as I got into my day I was like oooof I LOVE this shit And my overwhelm began drifting Plus, crossing things off my to do list made me feel super empowered and productive giving me the strength to face the rest of the day! And of course, the universe has a funny way of protecting us and sometimes we take for granted how amazing it is to have a packed day that when part of that gets taken away we are like damn, but also okay I will be grateful for all the time I have and whatever fills it Just want you to know it’s ok to be a badass boss babe and have a day where you’re just like “omg I don’t know if I can show up today” because guess what, that’s part of being human Everyone faces it but it is much easier to move through moments like that when you have proactive and consistent daily rituals or practices and thought patterns established that make shifting as easy as snapping your fingers
