“Good, Better,Best, Never let it Rest till your Good is Better and your Better is Best” is a quote I remember writing on my mirror at the start of my journey and reading every day before bed, when I woke up, and anytime it caught my eye in my room.
If where you are currently isn’t where you want to be in your life forever (in any aspect considering your health impacts all of them) then you should set a goal right now that enough is enough and you are ready for a new reality and you commit to one by taking action that actually empowers and changes you at once.
This doesn’t have to be crazy challenging or ridiculous, it just needs to be YOUR next level, YOUR next ‘best’. If you can embody your ‘best’ daily or control your energy and effort to get you striving and working for that daily then you’re going to improve at a much more effective and efficient rate.
Personally, I live a life inspired by growth and consistent improvements. I believe in celebrating wins and breakthroughs as well as failures and lessons learned.
When I️ consider that my ‘best’ now will be my ‘normal’ or ‘good’ later I get really excited. I am so happy and grateful to know that my normal now is what my best was on a really good day and this is exciting for me because it means It’ll keep going up if I stay on it (which I will of course).
