1. Accept and appreciate yourself in this moment now and allow yourself to see that you are not only allowed to want better for yourself but that you deserve and can actually do/feel better.
2. Set a plan in place that is aligned with your version of 'better' whether that be choosing to eat in more, learning what your body's needs are, committing to move your body at least 3x in the week, finding someone to help you in your journey, getting support...possibilities are endless and dependent on you, your goals, and your needs. 3. Commit to honoring your goals, listening to your body, and giving your soul what she's craving; when you feel good and vibe at a high frequency you'll attract results that do the same. All in all; Through honoring your souls desires and listening to your body you will find the power within you to generate positive results that help you get to the next level, healthier version of you, through aligned action as well as gratitude/acceptance for the present moment.
