How an Emotional Eater went from 0 Control to Total Peace in 24 Hours

Andrea came to me struggling with self-sabotaging behavior patterns


One of those was emotional eating


When she reached out to me, I felt so confident my Food Relationship Healing & Discovery Program would be perfect for her


After she applied, we exchanged a few messages, & we both decided it was time for her to finally tackle & end these behaviors


With that, conscious commitment to change is necessary


Andrea dove head first into the PTG process which begins with a discovery phase in this program


Upon digging into her choices, thoughts, beliefs, & current behaviors she had some really amazing AHA moments


Within the 1st day she implemented the mealtime rituals & daily reflections & immediately felt a shift


I personally see a shift happen in many of my clients the moment they invest in themselves & commit to working with me


Although scary, doubtful, & worried that it won’t work—the nothing to lose & everything to gain attitude seems to get them in a place ready to let go & trust a new process!


Many of them express that they have never truly gone into their relationship with food in the way I have them do it


Of course this is because most of my clients are used to just dieting, falling off track & thinking the solution is will power or discipline, or they’re always just trying a new program or coach


In my program, we go beyond surface level


Because self-affect related issues such as your relationship with food, your body, & your goals—do not favor one program over another


They can be experienced & endured no matter what program you’re on


Because our relationship with food is not always about the food itself—even when it has been, there’s always some deeper rooted association or pattern that’s now been reinforced


The approach I take with my clients is not about a diet, meal plan, or changing what you’re doing with your coach


I’ve worked with women on macros, meal plans, & on restricted diets for medical or body function related issues (gut, allergies, culture, etc)


You’re not alone & YOU ARE NOT A LOST CAUSE!
