HOW ELIZABETH ELIMINATED BINGE EATING, ANXIETY AT SOCIAL EVENTS, AND OVERWHELMING FOOD THOUGHTS5/28/2021 When Elizabeth first came to me, she was struggling with binging and feelings of restrictions with off-limits foods. She was constantly thinking about food and had food anxiety going into social situations that distracted her from making memories.
She hadn't even realized she had labeled so many foods as off-limits which made her struggle to fit anything into her macros. Her feelings of defeat and frustration were strong and she believed setting any nutritional goals was only setting herself up for failure since she was binging on a weekly basis already. Through our work together, Elizabeth decreased her food focus and eliminated her binging tendencies completely. She has started incorporating her favorite foods in a way that doesn't feel restrictive and no longer has the fear of any food triggering a binge or creating an urge to. Elizabeth has also regained her confidence to set nutritional goals, knowing she has a new mentality around nutrition that will help her make progress towards them This program is for anyone that's struggling with their relationship with food, who's struggling with binging, and overwhelming food thoughts.
