![]() HOW I EXPERIENCED FULL FREEDOM WITH FOOD & MY BODY WHILE ON VACATION No binging, guilt, shame, or fear of what I’d look like or weigh when I got home JUST LIVING Not only did I enjoy a full vacation at peace w/ myself but I also came back w/ more visible lines & down 1lb I Fully believe that this success is due to my mindset Had I not healed my relationship w/ my body, food, & goals, this post would’ve been different I ate an Oreo when I wanted 1 I ate out w/ my family 1-2x daily & ate my prepped foods when I was still hungry I ordered off menus w/ no cals listed & chose meals close to my own plan or foods my body likes & I tasted dessert I only freaked out 1x when I snacked on a food I haven’t had since I was a kid instead of a bar But I got over that in approx 5 min since I have the toolbox of action steps, the knowledge, & the experience to work through it It’s a conscious effort daily though I was a little nervous about this trip I thought, ‘What if I can’t actually be as mindful as I want, don’t feel good about just eating to enjoy/live, don’t listen to my body when I say I will etc’ So I told myself even if All of that happens, I learn & I grow I reassured myself I have come so far, I have what I need to accomplish this, & I would enjoy myself I never punished myself w/ more cardio. I worked out daily per usual, & enjoyed exploring Maybe not the structure I’m used to but it was REAL LIFE & I was HAPPY I just did what my body & mind needed from me When I was faced w/ a feeling of fear or concern for my body, progress, food, etc. I reminded myself that it isn’t ME talking, it’s my old self then went about my day If you’re ready to make peace w/ yourself & truly LOVE life without always thinking about food, binging, purging w/ cardio or restricting food, I’d love to help you You DESERVE your peace of mind Let’s start building your toolbox of action steps, strengthening your self-love, gaining an understanding of the root of the issues coming up between you & food & your body, & bring you to peace with your decisions knowing you’re still moving fwd Contact me now & let’s figure out which of my coaching programs is best for you
