![]() ITS SO FUN, FULFILLING, and FREEING TO BE HEALTHY!!😍✨🙌🏻💪🏻 ITS SO SATISFYING TO FIND AND LIVE A LIFESTYLE THAT FUELS GROWTH IN SO MANY WAYS! 📈 ITS SO POWERFUL TO LIVE LIFE WITH LOVING INTENTIONS THAT INSPIRE US TO GIVE TO OUR BODIES AND ACHIEVE THE GREATNESS WE SEEK. ✔️ Here’s a few ways being healthy is AMAZING, FUN, and FULFILLING: ➡️More movement means more momentum for all areas of life ➡️Better opportunities to amplify areas of your life like impact, money, time, relationships all because you are functioning at a more optimal version of yourself. ➡️A healthier gut as well as balanced hormones is a healthier mind and more balanced emotions ➡️Time, energy, and effort invested in oneself always pays back and with health you feel those results shifting your life quickly ➡️Greater feelings of accomplishment and achievement ➡️Positive reinforcement that you’re totally worth it all ➡️Deeper connection between you and your body. ➡️More Excited waking up ➡️Consistent and sometimes random bursts of energy ➡️Things to look forward to doing like the gym or a hike or a partner workout or beating an old personal best. ➡️Better ability to be active with loved ones ➡️Clearer headspace to give, receive, and communication information or thoughts. ➡️Less anxiety or stress over disease and illness ➡️Recover from illness or sickness or injury much faster ➡️More vibrant aura so you radiate and attract more positivity and love I could go on...but I have a feeling if you really are open to or are starting to lead a healthier lifestyle then you get the point, it’s frikkin FANTASTIC. 🙌🏻😍 Just this morning I woke up 2 hours before my alarm excited to start the day and did cardio w a smile on my face. 🤗 Just yesterday a client texted me saying they were feeling supper accomplished after finishing their workout even though it was really tough. 💪🏻 Just the day before that a client sent me a message saying they felt so good about taking care of their body and tuning in and it was clear to me that they really were understanding the difference between pushing for Loving reasons vs loathing reasons. 💝✨ Earlier this week I had another client tell me they never thought they’d be doing half the stuff we do together and they can’t believe how good it actually feels. 😱🌈 And just before that a client sent me a text saying they were feeling more productive and energized with the recent changes they have been making in their life. 💥 This stuff is not as hard as it may appear on the surface.
