“I GET TIRED OF EATING THE SAME THINGS WHICH IS WHY I CAN NEVER STAY ON TRACK, HOW DO YOU DO IT?”
People always ask me if I ever get tired of my food and I can honestly say that I don’t. I look forward to every meal and I LOVE experimenting with food.
You don’t have to have a passion for health to find excitement in the kitchen, at the market, or when deciding what to eat on a daily basis.
Understand, there’s a TON of foods that can provide you with the macronutrients and micronutrients you need to sustain your body at an optimal level while building the body you LOVE.
The idea of not giving your body healthier foods that it thrives on due to lack of flavor, taste, variety, etc is a BS BLOCK CREATED IN YOUR MIND!
Let alone believing there is a specific ‘track’ you must stay on which is also a bunch of BS...there’s no track when it’s your every day reality. You wouldn’t call brushing your teeth staying on track would you?
Okay, Don’t get me wrong, A varied diet is very important and beneficial to the body!
However, if you feel like finally giving your body what it needs to be the BEST home for your soul and you think that actually transitioning to a more healthy lifestyle would create this problem of not enjoying your meals, I want to share with you how I’ve avoided it for nearly 6 Years now.
I’ve had many ups and downs since 2012 of course, as we all do on any journey, but these are the ways I have truly developed a LOVE for the healthy, and what should be normal for everyone, eating habits.
HERE IS HOW:
There is a BOUNTY of choices for yummy, fun, delicious, and high vibe fuel and when I step outside of my comfort zone I can experience this.
If I am not in competition prep mode I can have even more fun at the store trying new foods, researching benefits, and seeing how my body responds.
I always know I’m going to LOVE the food, not just because it tastes amazing, but because it makes me feel amazing!!
