![]() Loving your body can happen in so many ways...here are a few that stand out to me; -Moving in a way that fulfills you -Fueling your body in a way that sustains and energizes you -Meditating -Breathing rituals/work -Earthing -Standing in the sunshine -Surrounding your body with people and things that keep it in a positive state of mind and energy field. -Getting a Massage or pampering yourself -Expressing Gratitude for all the working parts and pieces that are always ‘on’ so we can just have the opportunity to survive -Choosing Clothes that fit comfortably and feel good on your body so you’re not constantly sucking in or feeling uncomfortable -Listening to Music and sounds that shift you to a high vibe state -Creating positive anchors for your feel good emotions -Hugging yourself -Sleeping and resting The list really can go on... When it comes to truly loving your body, you first must choose to EXPRESS love to your body. Once you learn to do this...you will find that the body you love comes naturally as a byproduct to these loving actions. Not through force, will power, struggle, or pain... ...It starts to come Through pure love, inspiration, and commitment to GIVING and EXPRESSING the emotion of love to your body as it is your souls greatest asset.
