Living my Best Improvement Season!

This improvement season looking a bit different than any other before it.

I am truly embracing and have embraced my shape and look and feel so happy with myself and at peace knowing I’ll get where I want and need to be.

It’s been worth it to add size and take my time off. I really love the “off” season! It accounts for what we bring when we are on stage!

I’ve come out of darkness, I’ve stood up for my goals, I’ve progressed in other areas of my life, and with the guidance of my amazing coach @joediscuillo @teamedge1 we are still GROWING.

And thanks to the ongoing support and guidance of @ingridromero1 my posing has improved, AGAIN! I have a good feeling about this.

I’ve never felt so motivated day after day, I’ve never been so excited to LIVE for my dreams, and I’ve never been more at peace with the process. I have my moments, but more often than not I feel focused.

I know what we are working for and I have no reason to stop. In due time we will see what we’ve built, until then, I feel grateful I get to do this.
