Mindful eating doesn’t have to be anything too extravagant all the time.
Sometimes it’s as simple as choosing one of these things!
Try using one of these at one meal each day to get in a groove with mindful eating.
If you can, try it with multiple meals per day. With time and practice, it’ll become a “new normal” for you 🙌🏻
And don’t think that eating the same thing every day excuses you from this!
