QUICK, EFFECTIVE, and POWERFUL MINI MEDITATION FOR GETTING MORE OF WHAT YOU NEED, WANT, and DESIRE!
Inhale what you desire and exhale what you need to release in order to obtain what you seek.
Take 3 minutes throughout each day to just sit and get in touch with yourself and what you need at that moment or in your life.
Maybe it’s Clarity? Or peace? Could it be love? Happiness? Forgiveness? Freedom? Creativity?
Whatever it is, take a moment, close your eyes and with your hand on your heart take in a deep breath while thinking or saying what you desire and then exhale it’s counterpart or what’s blocking you from receiving it.
Inhale “forgiveness” exhale “shame”. Repeat this 3x with slow inhales and longer exhales upon each breath.
Feel the energy of each word and set the intention beforehand that you will get the peace you need or clarity you need or just the time you need to reset and refocus (or whatever intention actually feels good for you) and then at the end set the intention that you will carry the energy of what you want with you everywhere you go now and will reconnect to it when you feel there is a need for a reboost.
