My motivation for the week. This picture was taken the day before my show and I seriously love how it showcases my happiness and pride.
I have been Thinking a lot about how far I've come on my fitness journey with all the ups and downs and lessons learned I'm really happy to be so passionate about this lifestyle.
Something I learned through the last prep was that I am a much happier and a more loving person with less junk, less fat on my body, and more muscle/strength.
While this may not make everyone happy, it has proven time and time again to allow me to show up at my HIGHEST level for myself and others throughout the day because I feel my best!
This is my last week on phase 1 of my reverse plan and then next week I start a new one which I am VERY excited about as my body needs to grow!
I am going to be keeping things tight and clean so I can enjoy the holidays and birthdays while prepping for a show that's in February (that's the goal anyways, though I'm either showing up better or not at all so I will do the show that makes the most sense for me).
I want to take a moment to also say Thank you to all of you who support and follow my journey. ❤️
