I love finding ways to make 'unhealthy' meals healthy and this one totally passes the test for healthy, easy, and yummy (arguably fun too!). In competition prep, we don't get much variety and the diets are very clean. So, we have to get creative. A few of the girls I know who are pro competitors, nationally qualified, or have been competing for awhile taught me this awesome breakfast routine and now it is my GO TO! My go to breakfast: "Hulk Waffles" You can change the amounts based on what you need but here is the recipe I use based on my needs, feel free to change it up and experiment as well! You might even add things like whole eggs, nuts, fruit, or dare I say? Chocolate!
