1. Focus on other reasons to follow through on your reverse protocols outside of physique, shows, aesthetics etc Consider other values and roles in your life and how following a program supports you in showing up for those areas or satisfying those values 2. Iâve realized with each post show season and phase Iâve had is that it goes by SOOO fast and the more work you put in the gym or in finding and discovering what foods or recipes work best for u the âfasterâ it goes By focusing on relishing in each day and what opportunities it brings it helps u to slow down and not rush to the next show 3. Taking time to recognize each day what your goals and commitments are can help you feel that same drive and dig deep energy that comes in prep and which we tend to miss post season 4. The bonus tip. I also find it can help to stay involved in the industry as much as possible like going to shows or attending events and seminars.
