Olympia Weekend Success!

The last 6 days have been SO rewarding. From the #BUILDMORETHANJUSTABODY live event at the @teamelitephysique CPC (always epic) to the @angelcompetitionbikinis @angelfashionshow & the @mrolympiallc my heart is full!

My event was amazing! The women were so present, open, & supportive of one another

Thursday was the VIP portion of the event which is always more intimate with deep conversations, tears, stories, fun times, & breakthroughs

The takeaway always seems to be that it’s nice to meet & spend time with others who “get” it

This same energy carried over into the Angel Fashion Show weekend where I was able to contribute to over 150 women through multiple breakout sessions where I opened discussions regarding mental health for athletes fostering a great group environment as well as offering my education, tools, & insight. Followed by a lil body image boost pre fashion show for them!🤩

I got to see some amazing people I’ve known online which was such a pleasure & I missed some too which is always a bummer :(

I am grateful to everyone who came to my event, spent time with me at the O, & who took the time to meet or chat

I’m happy I got to see @seeyoulaterleaner squad

I even got to see @joe_pishkula before he judged the incredible lineup of bikini athletes, I hope the mints helped 😛
