This time next month I’ll be leaving for my next live event! I can’t wait🤩🙀😍 it’s gunna be the best one yet!! Well tbh, they keep getting better and better!

I am so grateful to have it be the biggest one I’ve done and for a two dayer for the VIP ticket holders andddd some of us are having a nice dinner together Sunday night 🥰

I can’t believe it’s almost here!

I am grateful to @teamelitephysique for opening up the beautiful @contestprepcenter to us on Saturday as me and Adam have talked about this for awhile and now finally I get to host one at their new Vegas location! Maybe even record another Bikini and the Brain episode?👀 @ashleykfit

The second day is going to be held at The Paris Hotel in a lovely suite I’ve booked which is beautiful! The second day will be an expansion on the first with even more focused and intentional work!

Planning and prepping and putting together the content for these events makes my heart SO happy!

I can’t wait to host this event because I know that 2022 will bring its own excitement as I plan for psychotherapy group retreats, intimate masterminds, and large stacked events partnering with coaches and other industry professionals…I can see it all now!
