How does your ideal self live each day?
What does this version of you do first thing in the morning? The afternoons? Evenings? How does this version of you respond to or think & talk about different things like their body, food, movement, money, time, energy, emotions, other people....? How would you show up each day? What energy do you bring to the world and those around you?
