One of my favorite breakfasts is cold overnight protein oats with peanut butter. I havent had a bowl of this in awhile myself actually but i thought I’d share this with you because it’s too good not to.
My favorite proteins to use in it are Edge Supps and Myprotein ALL you have to do is take your serving of oats and mix in a scoop of protein powder and enough water just to cover the top so the oats have room to expand.
If you like runnier oats then you should add more water. I personally love the way this comes out every time because it tastes like a dessert and the peanut butter is optional but it adds even more flavor and texture!
Then leave it covered in the fridge overnight or for a few hours 🙂 DO NOT heat this up, just eat it cold.
It’s marvelous and you can even add some toppings of your choosing but to me this is perfect.

Alsoooo, I’ve been sick the past few days and it really hit me hard today now that the adrenaline from the show has died down.
I cannot speak without pain, I have a very stuffy nose and all over head with random nose bleeds and chills, and I have headaches coming on and off. I could really use a hug!!😂💝
p.s. another reason I believe coaches need coaches, I most likely wouldn’t have rested if my coach didn’t tell me to even though I know it is best for me. We all need a lil love nudge and reality check reminders now and again🤗🤷🏻♀️💜
