![]() POST-SHOW BLOG SERIES RECAP ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I really hope you found the 5 day blog series about addressing post show struggles helpful. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Can you do me a favor and share some of your biggest takeaways from the posts this week? I would LOVE to hear them (Haven’t seen them all? They are all labeled on my IG feed if you go there or on my blog—link in bio). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Talking about things like body image, binging/poor food relationships, how our self-love impacts others, finding balance, creating a new identity, and setting new intentions is only a fraction of what happens after a competition but I also know it’s a HUGE thing for most competitors. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I was inspired to begin the series because I’ve been through a few off seasons now and have been able to develop strategies from my background in personal development, self-love, mindset, behavior change, and well-being coaching to overcome these battles and I wanted to share some of my tricks with you all. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m actually really excited to announce some BIG news tomorrow that will be perfect for competitors so the fun isn’t stopping here...I’ll be announcing it around noon pacific time tomorrow so stay tuned or put your post notifications ON!
