If our energy and vibe attracts what we want why don’t we invest more time protecting it?
Many people put bandaids on cuts, ice on bruises, and casts on breaks but many don’t press stop on a negatively charged tv show, skip on an energetically draining song, or say no to people, food, or things which don’t make us feel so great.
Honestly, physical problems and ailments come with mainly physical solutions you can buy off the shelf or see someone about with “more convenience” than say;
* Finding a meditation and doing it
* Getting crystals and using them
* Journaling about the obvious problem
* Seeing a therapist
* Taking a break
* Setting boundaries
* Connecting with yourself
* Tuning into your intuition
* Just doing what you actually know will benefit your soul and SO MUCH MORE.
The list goes on with ways to address any pain be them physical or mental and yet, we don’t really focus on being as proactive as we should be in either aspect (which is a topic for another day) but we definitely don’t seem to protect our minds.
If our subconscious thoughts are always running through our mind, we should be conscious enough to choose to believe in things that will serve us on the path we have set out to accomplish on.
Yet, we still allow negative conversations, music, news, tv, radio, and so much more to infiltrate our most precious guide through mind and soul.
We always have the power to choose what we believe at the end of the day and how we will live our life and the actions we will take but imagine how much more UPBEAT and OPTIMAL you would feel if you really consciously were mindful of these daily infiltration.
Fill your mind with positivity, fill your emotions with healing energy that helps them, and fill your life with people and opportunities that lend a higher frequency to your overall mission so you can succeed, learn, grow, and progress beyond what you ever imagined.
So much of this is about self-love, love yourself enough to say no, to choose differently, to tune into something GREATER.
