Quick tip for building your arms; your have your biceps which are comprised of two muscle heads (bi) and then your triceps (3 muscle heads). If you want to grow your arms having a balance in Training both is important BUT you should focus on training EVERY head of the muscle so not just doing curls or rope extensions but adding multiple movements for every area.
I had to (and continue to) work hard on my arms growing since I was a volleyball player with some big legs and not so muscular or built arms.
I was disproportionate and knew I wanted that to change so I had to focus on intentional training and movement.
Don’t go to the gym without intention for every set, rep, rest period, and movement.
