![]() Before doing extra cardio today or going crazy with restriction or super intense workouts... Studies show that people who do 60+ min of cardio end up being hungrier and end up eating more than those who do less (so, what’s the point?!) Anddddd before trying to “burn everything off” be mindful that behavior like that can lead to more harmful eating disorders or negative relationships with food. Soooo just drink your water and get back to your regular scheduled programming or slowly ease into some improved lifestyle choices while of course still living and loving your life!
