➡️ I know I will get there if I keep taking actions that align with the goal. It’s not about “when” it’s about each step there.
➡️ I got back into competing after my first show to be a representation of mental health in the sport.
I have always felt I had a purpose bigger than I could grasp but it wasn’t until 2018 when I woke up to where I belong in this industry.
Now it’s 2021 and I think of the hundreds of athletes I’ve helped, the thousands of athletes who need my help, and the future athletes.
It’s important to me to keep showing up even when it’s hard because I am showing up for the old version of me and the struggles that are real for so many of us as competitors.
I can’t imagine leaving the industry because I feel my work has only just begun.
My goals list includes some big visions and i want to work at those every day so they become real. I want to keep on contributing.
I believe I am and can make a difference and stopping because things are hard or I’ve lost or I’ve faced defeat or I’ve won would feel like letting go of what drives me every day.
➡️I want to be successful so I can have more opportunities to give back, produce content, study, research, educate, and provide resources to the community on bigger levels each and every year.
➡️I want to satisfy my values of Freedom, Impact, and Love every day. Competing, fitness, studying, working relentlessly are all supporting my values. I work hard so I can provide for a family and see my family and support friends and be financially free so I can give and invest and one day work for free.
➡️I know there’s always going to be more so If I lose or win or face challenges it’s okay to feel that pain and suffering and desire to quit because it eventually opens up an even deeper desire to push forward and say I deserve more and am capable of achieving it.
➡️#BUILDMORETHANJUSTABODY is my mission that I live, breathe, and teach. It is at the core of my life’s work as I know it and I keep going because I know it matters.
Thank you for being a part of my journey and supporting me along the way with your kind words, listening ears, and continued motivation.
