Some coaches have asked me if I have any courses or certifications they can take to be able to support their girls in the work I do!
Which is AWESOME! And a big goal of mine to create something for physique and fitness coaches when I gain licensure as a mental health counselor. I am so grateful to have such collaborative relationships with coaches in the industry and am so blessed to work with many girls from coaches and teams globally. And especially awesome to be a referral source for so many or a reference point for many who need support in these areas with the free resources I have outside of my coaching! I truly do believe I’m the go to in this space for competitors to make peace with food, their body, and their goals. But supporting coaches in their work is also super important to me because I can’t do what they do and they can’t do what I do. It’s a TEAM effort and the more we COLLABORATE the better we ALL become. Coaches aside, this is also an Infographic made with the intention of helping you identify red flags or open dialogue about things you need support with with your coach.
