![]() Started my new phase of programming yesterday for my reverse plan and I did abs for the first time in over 8 weeks and today was the first day without fasted cardio though I did go to jujitsu for the first time in 8 weeks too (I took a break before comp to prevent injury and because I needed 100% energy for my prep). I was doing 6x/week fasted cardio for 40 minutes and now I'm at 3x/week for 40 minutes (I miss it already tho haha. I learned to love it as it set me up so well for the day!) I'm enjoying all my meals so much because they pretty much all have some sort of a carb in them and yo girl loves her carbs 😎. Really proud of myself for staying on track, loving myself and my body (I've had my moments though that's for sure), and really making sure I'm enjoying this process. Reversing is basically like being on prep without the stage in mind so it can be much harder to give it your all but in my mind anything less than my best is moving backwards so I have to be honest with myself and get it done. I was straight cheesin for this pic because my vein (named forest) popped out on a leg day 😱😂. Anyways, I am planning on sharing something that isn't discussed enough about competing for women in the next few days so be on the lookout as it may surprise you ❤️ p.s. I will get around to it, just trying to be kind to myself in the meantime because post show is no joke and requires just as much commitment and mental focus as prep 😋❤️
