We really need to talk about your booty.

First of all, I want to share with you some of my favorite booty exercises which are: Butterfly hip thrusts with feet on a bench, donkey kicks, cross over step ups, RDLS, and hip thrusts on leg extension machine.
Okay, now that I have done that I want you to add it to your calendar really quick to TRY them...okay awesome.
You and I both know that butts are awesome. They are not only a great cushion but also contain the LARGEST muscle in the human body. Now, your heart is scientifically the HARDEST working muscle and funnily enough, the best bootys are shaped like hearts, or peaches, or well, you tell me, it's your butt we are talking about.
There is something about developing strength and shaping a muscle that serves such an amazing purpose to our body that excites me.
And to think, you aren't only going to feel better about the shape of your lower half but you are also going to KNOW that it is in a more optimized state that helps to support YOUR WHOLE BODY better...it's a win win. ;)
Sir mix a lot might even argue that it's about time you shake that healthy butt, but I won't even go there.
