![]() We want sustainable change which is why I take an intensive approach. I look at change as something that can happen in any period of time and at any pace. It is highly dependent on the individual, their unique situation, and their experiences, beliefs, and commitment. While you may not think the change you seek is possible, waiting can make it harder. In this case, Jessica put off joining my program until she had had enough and realized things weren’t going to change on their own despite her best efforts. Like all things, having a mentor can keep you from reinventing the wheel or trying to figure it all out on your own. Similar to how you might hire a prep or posing coach or purchase a bikini from a suit maker. The path of least resistance, in the case of your mental game, can sometimes be that which you feel the most resistant to. But asking for help is a huge first step and sends the signal to yourself that you’re not just wanting change but you’re ready to commit to it. It’s time to #BUILDMORETHANJUSTABODY and make peace with food, embrace what you see in the mirror in every season, and create a strong yet sustainable focus on your goals. Not sure if I can help you?
