Every girl wants some nice glutes but ain’t every girl wanna be squeezing them to cellulite city... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ LADIES, you know what I’m talking about! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I used to HATE squeezing my glutes super hard bc I was self-conscious of my cellulite. WHAT A WASTE!!!! If you’re not comfortable with it you can always stand in front of a wall, wear a long shirt to cover it or wrap a jacket around your waist but I say just OWN it girl, you deserve a killer workout and if you want glutes that salute you gotta squeeze💁🏻♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To help you really contract the glute muscles imagine you are pulling a pin out from a wall or the ground (depending on where your glutes are facing) that you can’t let go of until you pull it all the way through. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I train lower body 3x a week in different ways. This workout is great for the glutes and there are some plyos sprinkled in there too to keep the heart rate up. You can also add in jump ropes or sprints between everything too for more fat burning potential! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1.Single leg deadlift superset with jump roping ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2.Single leg hip thrust SS w/ jump squats ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3.Lateral cable kickback SS w/ jump lunges ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ On hip thrusts you squeeze w/ the glute of the leg that’s down (foot position matters! Legs out=glutes+hamstrings, feet closer = mainly glutes) and with single leg deads squeeze w the leg that is planted but squeeze both glutes together at top!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ (In between everything is when you’d throw in more cardio bursts!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are ENDLESS amounts of booty building exercises and I am so excited to be opening up enrollment again for my 12 week booty building programs for gym or at home (you choose which program and that’s what I give you!). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All workouts delivered to you on my private app platform with full exercise video breakdowns and exact guidance on reps, sets, form, and picking weight!
